Conscious Coterie — Local services in Scottsdale

I recently had an outstanding customer service experience with Conscious Coterie that I had to share. A friend purchased some overalls as a birthday gift for me while she was visiting Scottsdale. Unfortunately, they didn't fit. Since we both live in another state, I contacted the store via email to see if a mail in exchange for a smaller size was possible. Yoli responded to my email and was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Her willingness to assist with an out of state mail exchange was truly impressive. She sent me photos of the overalls she had in my size and I made my selection. They were all so cute it wasn't easy choosing! Yoli shipped the exchange as soon as she received my return. I absolutely love this boutique!! I found it while on vacation in October of 2024 and Kristin spent hours with me as I tried on half the store. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different designers and very honest about what looked good on me and what didn’t. The store has a wonderful variety of clothing and accessories making this shop stand out significantly compared to the surrounding boutiques. Kristin continues to help me shop over the phone and via texts including photos and videos…she and her coworker will even model items for me!! I literally cannot stress enough how highly I recommend taking the time to visit Conscious Coterie! It’s amazing and, hopefully, Kristin will be there...
