I had high hopes for this restaurant, especially considering its long wait to open. Before I wrote the review, I decided to give it multiple chances at different times of the day and week, but I’ve encountered similar challenges each time. Unfortunately, the food takes a long TIME and often comes COLD.
For instance, I ordered soup in August, and it was served cold. Additionally, the way the food arrives feels a bit disorganized, with different items coming out at separate times. Whatever finishes cooking first goes to the table, NOT NICE. For the pricing and the elegant ambiance, the service feels more casual, resembling a cafeteria experience rather than a fine-dining one. While they might be trying to create a unique experience, a more streamlined approach could enhance customer satisfaction.
I’ve had to walk out with a to-go box on a SLOW day, NEAR EMPTY TWICE, because the people cooking and preparing the food were discussing the schedule and payroll. The wait exceeded 45 minutes, and I could no longer enjoy the atmosphere. The only highlight has been the frozen mimosa, which I genuinely enjoy.
I really want this place to succeed and believe there’s great potential here. Improving the kitchen's efficiency, enhancing the service, and focusing on the restaurant's identity—deciding between a cafeteria-style or a luxurious dining experience—could make a significant difference. With its prime location and diversity of visitors, there's a real opportunity to earn a solid reputation. I wish them the best as they...
Read moreThis was an excellent spot that I do recommend, however I do think there are some improvements that could be made. The food was spectacular and it was a good experience.
When we arrived we looked at the menu and decided on one of us getting sweet cepes and the other savory. Each was quite delicious, the sweet one was a strawberry chocolate and savory was enchilada.
After ordering our food we looked for a seat to sit and here is where I experienced my one and only issue. There were messes on at least 5 tables. We were able to find a spot, but we would have liked to choose where we sat. Also, it made us wondered when they cleaned, but they did clean up right around the time we left. This could have been caused by too few staff on hand so I didn't want that to be a huge deterrent.
With that said, the food was excellent and definitely worth the trip. The crepes were large and sweet and savory.
I do recommend this spot, but if you are uncomfortable with mess it could be a problem. If a little mess is not an issue this is a wonderful crepe spot that has enough options to find whatever you are...
Read moreThe place is very nice, cute decor, plenty of indoor and outdoor patio seating. Service was excellent. I met a friend there at 12 PM, right before the lunch time crowd came in. Customers order, pay and then are given a number where your food will be served to you. The connection for the app to order online for first time customer to us a $5 off coupon was impossible to connect. The young lady that took our orders was gracious enough to just go ahead take off the rewards coupon on each of our orders.
I had a Mimosa and a Truffled Caprese Crepe (mozzarella, basil infused cherry tomatoes, & truffle oil). My friend had the Turkey Grapes & Brie Crepe (turkey, french brie, red grapes, spring mix, walnuts, & dijon vinaigrette). Both came with a salad. We both thought the food was good, a wow, maybe not, but still a good place to meet up with people and have a nice lunch.
Atmosphere: very nice, fun place to have lunch. Service:...
