Read moreI made the mistake of actually thinking this was a quality cooking store and creating a registry here don’t make that mistake. Nobody knows what they’re doing in the store. The app is trash. you’ll end up getting endless calls from your wedding guest because no one at the store is helpful and the registry system that they use always breaks down and is inaccurate. I cannot stress this enough. I went into a store with my own time to purchase a registry gift from a guest that gave me cash. They told me that they had no idea how to mark it it as purchased on my registry so I ended up having to delete the whole thing off my registry. Despicable. They also gave me a William gift card for a gift. I returned that was not purchased on my registry so I could get something off my registry. The second. I tried to purchase something on the app. It told me I was not allowed to I tried to purchase something on the website. It told me I wasn’t allowed to and this is on both my iPhone and my iPad. The amount of issues this store has I can’t even describe. I’m the bride and I still can’t even purchase something off my own registry. Do yourself a favor and register at Bloomingdale’s. They are way more than adequate and more helpful than anyone in the whole William Sonoma company. I can promise you that after this nightmare is resolved I will never be here again and nor will any of my guest. Very bad business on their end they shouldn’t even offer registries so they could save their business from...

Prior to returning the product I called them and was told they would give me a refund. When I tried to return it they said their just a 3rd party vender and I need to contact Breville directly as I had used the product. They said I should have read their website and there is nothing they can do. Horrible...
