First-time customer â and definitely my last. Which is a shame, because I actually posted all over Instagram and Snapchat hyping this place up and telling my friends to get their grillz here too⊠Iâve since told them to go somewhere else.
I went to the store on May 31st. It was complete chaos, but the woman working (who I believe is one of the owners) told me they were in the middle of moving locations. She was really sweet and funny, walked me through the molding process, and I paid a $150 deposit. I was told the grillz would take around 4â6 days and that theyâd call or text me when they were ready.
On June 4th â four days later â I remembered she said I should text first so they could save my number. I reached out (since I hadnât saved the number myself and wasnât sure who was who), and they asked if I still wanted the same design and said theyâd message me when it was finished.
Then⊠silence.
I texted again on June 10th to ask for an update, understanding they were still moving stores. I wasnât even being impatient â I just wanted to know if the move was causing delays or if there was a new timeline. No response. Nothing. I followed up again on June 21st, this time asking about a refund, since the events I needed the grillz for had already passed (June 18thâ20th). At that point, I had paid weeks in advance and hadnât heard anything for 11 days.
Thatâs when I was suddenly told Iâd been speaking to someone else and was referred to Jeffrey â apparently the owner. He then informed me that not only was I not getting a refund, but I still had to pay the remainder of the balance, despite the delay and complete lack of communication (i believe i missed the sign heâs referring to in the pictures so thatâs my fault and iâll pay it no issue.)
I was trying to be generous of their situation â moving takes a toll on people I get it. I really did try to be understanding by also forgetting that I ordered it in the first place so it didnât appear like i was breathing down their necks. But what I donât appreciate is being charged upfront, promised a short wait, and then ignored for nearly a month with zero updates. If you knew you couldnât handle customer orders during your transition, just say that â I would have happily come back another time. Iâve had this place saved on Google Maps since 2023 and only recently found the time and reason to go in.
Jeffrey told me âThere custom made grillz. There not Temu grillz.â
(Thatâs theyâreâ i almost got a red marker and sent him back a photo of his grammatical mistakes) But honestly? At least Temu wouldâve shown up on time. Bad...
Read moreI stopped into Jefferyâs today on my way home from the office because it was a rough day and i needed a break before coming home and signing back on. I met Brandy upon entering she was so personable. I had brought in my a couple of my parents rings that i have held onto for years along w/ misc gold items. Brandy and I continued to chit-chat while she looked at and tested my pieces. I also had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Jeffery. Let me tell you both are authentically good and caring people that you donât meet these days!! One thing we talked about is when people bring items in and tgey really arenât worth anything and the customer doesnât want them they will put them aside and as they encounter people who need a lift in their day or a child who may like they give them away. That melted my heart! My experience today will forever change my go to jeweler whether it be repairs, rhodium dips or new purchases. I just had a custom diamond necklace made out of my old engagement ring and so wish I could go back in time to have Jeffery do it. The custom jewelry I saw today was beautiful. And by the way I think Jeffery gave me a good price on the...
Read moreLast week I took some jewelery to Jeff that I hadn't worn in almost 10 years. Right from the start, he was SO nice. He explained everything very well, and I know that I was given a really fair price for my unwanted jewelery. We got on the subject of coins, and learned that we both like metal detecting and we both collect coins. Jeff said I could bring my coins down (free of charge), and he would look at them and tell me what they're worth. He doesn't buy coins, so he's not looking to gain anything from doing that, aside from appreciating some coins with a fellow coin enthusiast. As far as I'm concerned, Jeff is a good guy, and I highly recommend his services...
