That seems like a long time ago.The first time I went there my first budtender called me weird right to my face. For preferring sativa's. He said most people like indica and that's the first he ever heard of someone like myself. Hmmm. Well it's a good thing I was well versed and experienced coming into it. For I know that he doesn't know that I know that he doesn't know that his ignorance shows to me as clear as the emerald sky after a banshee wind. Yet I smiled and accepted this overpriced gram and received my freebe. That's how it was back in those days. If medical only dispensaries. That's why they are called that. its just medicine.

I've gone back several times to give them the benefit of the dought. Nope, they are still sketchy and I feel like a criminal turning myself into jail. . They make me go through one securety (I'd check) then I need to raise my hands up like I'm being mugged and the next armed security guard needs to wand me down. Then this guy wants me to pull back my hood. So I do it fine nothing up there but a messed up head that needs some wellness.... Okay now finally! I Can now enter the building....wait. Well I don't think Valentia would like to hear after all her hard work to help open this dispensary in DEL REY OAKS, that you people don't think you have to abide by STATE CODES AND REGULATIONS!! WE , the people, DON'T HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR THIS MEDICINE SO WHY DO YOU HAVE TO RIP OFF THE PEOPLE WHO NEED THIS THE MOST!? When I go to buy a product and the staff tells me this is the BEST. Only $50.00........well it did not work AT ALL. It was a topical. Then as I looked more carefully at the label there was NOT ONE STATE CODE OF LABELING ON THE PRODUCT. No indications of % of CBD that is what I needed. I went back to try to EXCHANGE it for a product I found that DID WORK. NO WAY! WE CAN"T DO THAT!! WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSE TO DO WITH THIS USED PRODUCT LADY!??

Really? well you should give it back to the distributor . Second, you should have at least act like, you have a little compassion for your real customers that this dispensary was made for. The product I wanted to exchange for was cheaper that what they sold me. I was willing to eat the difference....BUT NO WAY.

I told them that I will NEVER shop there again. Big deal tho, the waiting room was PACKED!! What do they care about ONE person? Well when that ONE person from food and AG and Montery Health Dept. comes around maybe you'll shape up. You should have a little more respect and caring, but then again I forgot, it's ALL ABOUT MONEY TO DEL REY OAKS KIDS!!!

Meanwhile, I will continue to shop at CARMEL DISPENSARY AND SANTA CRUZ. They know how to run a Compassionate Care Dispensary. SHAME ON YOU...

Candy M. is ALWAYS THEE BEST! I have had a great consistent great customer service experience from her every time! When she’s there I stay and buy. When she’s not there it’s not as pleasant. A few months ago, there was there another female Who seemed not to know or understand math. The regular promotions are to purchase 4 cartridges and get 2 of equal or less value for free. I’m sure it doesn’t take a rocket science to understand that if you’re going to purchase for you might as well get two additional ones for free of the same value not cheaper because you’re not paying for it any extra. She had the audacity to try to sell me four of the regular high-end brands and then there was only two left of the lower brands and wanted to give those to me for free. I even asked her, “Does that make sense to you? Why would I purchase 4 top shelf ones and then get 2 lower ones for free?” Most people in the right minds would get two additional free ones of the same value as the top shelf one since that was what was more of. She couldn’t answer my question. I wasn’t trying to make her feel bad. But common sense was really lacking in her.

So I’m super super happy that Ms. Candy is now employed there! She answers my questions to the best of...
