PART 1: This by far the worst target in all 50 states of America!!! The customer service is horrible and disgusting to say the least. First and foremost I would like to thank ASHLEY for trespassing me and my husband for absolutely no reason. She stated she is the manager at this store? Before I share my experience I would like to mention that I strongly believe that a âManagerâ should be able to intake customers feedback without having to trespass someone. Also if manager can not take or handle feedback then they should receive proper training or they should not manage period!!!!!!!!! Well let me tell all of you that ASHLEY was highly offended by my husband when asked her why he was being skipped in line as she attended (her friend) before she did us. My husband proceeded to ask why did you skip me, she then replied â he (her friend) was here first when clearly me and my husband were waiting at the customer service line for at least 5 minutes and that man was never standing there!!!! My husband asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, she then replied â I am the managerâ. My husband replied âif your the manager then you should know better!â I 100% agree!!!!!!! My husband then told her âif you didnât think I was going to say anything to you well I amâ She the. Proceeded to help us and we left the store. The next day me and my husband went back to the store and as we were walking in we were approached by CLAY which is a âsecurityâ thatâs stands near the front door. He literally ran after us like if we were committing a crime. He then told my husband that he had to leave the store because he was trespassed and he could not shop there. I noticed another individual standing next to CLAY who identified himself as ALEX.Not to mention he was standing there like if he was about to do something to my husband. Like where did he get his training at? As my husband was asking why he was being trespassed I noticed all the other customers who were checking out at self checkout were staring at us which was very humiliating by the way. I asked ALEX if we can please step to the side and talk about it instead of causing a big scene. ( As a target employee I would think they would like all customers to have a great experience while shopping, but instead CLAY and ALEX rather decided to cause a scene and make this a CORE memory for every customer who was at the self checkout on 02/05/24) We then stepped to the side next to the restrooms only because I WAS THE ONE WHO ASKED TO DO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE. ALEX tried to say that my husband was being trespassed because of the incident that we had encountered with ASHLEY. I asked ALEX if there was a manager or a supervisor that we can speak with which he replied NO!!!!!!!!!! He made it clear to us that he was a security and the manager was not available. It was very obvious at this point that clearly they didnât care about anything we had to say in regards of what was said to Ashley. ALEX the. Proceeded to say that there were witnesses that heard my husband talking to ASHLEY including her (friend) who had heard the conversation that took place and that was the reason my husband was being trespassed. I then told ALEX that I my self was a witness and had not said one word to ASHLEY which he replied âI know, and thatâs why your not being trespassed? I then asked him why my point of view didnât matter, he replied âtheir is nothing we can do for youâ which is wild!!!!!! ALEX also said he had reviewed the cameras âwhich had no audioâ I know this because I asked! So based on my husbands behavior towards ASHLEY my husband could not shop there. I then asked for written statements from the witnesses that he was claiming they had. Then he proceeded to say...
Read moreIt sucks when your girl friend calls you to tell you sheâs so tired this time of going in and feeling creeped out by one of the securities. She stated sheâs so done with the weird (big body) security that is there with the glasses creeping her out. She had reported a homeless woman in the bathroom needing help years ago and ever since, the guy felt compelled to try and get closer and closer to my friend. Like ew. After that a few years later my friend had cut her hair and she came in and the same security guy said to her that her hair looked great but then every time it was more and more and more meaning he kept telling her she looked great and beautiful etc. but it was more very time, until she completely felt grossed out and creeped out. She never reported it thinking that if she was to ever apply she may have issues and preferred not to say anything well ladies were learning the sooner things like this gets reported the better time stamps and everything and it is NOT your fault! Every time she goes to the Target in Sand City, she tries to avoid the guy and while we understand itâs one thing to be trained and greet every single guestâ itâs clear whoever you are, creepy security dude, you donât have to do that to her when her body language isnât even addressing youâweirdo. She had enough and she spoke with some manager named Sam who validated her. I am so proud of her. According to Sam (the manager on duty) this should be addressed soon but she cannot promise a call back from the main security manager but definitely a call back sometime through the week to let the security know not to address himself to my friend. âď¸âď¸âď¸ Givibg it a one because one this should be taken care of immediately not my friend having to wait like that while Sam validated her ok but she should not have to wait a whole week (hopefully not longer) in cases like this weâre speaking harassment at this point and the other reason I give it a one is because men really need to understand that just because a woman is kind that doesnât mean itâs an invitation to anything and youâre at workâ do better I donât even want to imagine what a person like that security feels entitled to when it comes down to women outside of work. Enough is enough itâs 2025 do better. Itâs good to learn body language even her other friend is starting to notice how he acts. You donât have to say âhave a good dayâ every single time when clearlyâor should clearly see in her body language you make her uncomfortable so much she picks up her phone to avoid contact and whoever you are that was there at around 6:30 pm todayâbig guy security with the glassesâ she đdoesnât...
Read moreI went in to get a "Red card," and was told I couldn't get a debit card without my checking account info, makes sense, so I got the credit card figuring I'd switch it over the phone when I got home. Called the Target card line, and learned I couldn't switch over my card. No problem, cancel the credit card and let me sign up over the phone. I'm told that I can't get the card over the phone. How about online? Nope, you have to go into the store. So now I have to write down my account number and routing number and make a special trip into the store. I get to the store, and ask for a red card, showing my routing and account numbers, and offering ID if they need it. I'm told their system can't work without an actual check. Now keep in mind, like a lot of folks who have only used cash and debit cards (sometimes credit cards) for the last 5 or so years, I don't bother having checks printed when I get a new bank account. So they are asking me to go to my bank, get a check printed just for them, and then come back, all for a 5% discount. I'm not a fan of walmart, but until Target gets rid of the red card or the guy running the program gets a brain transplant I'll be going to walmart or other stores. Walmart may be evil, but Target is just stupid, and I'd rather go to a store that is evil, but smart enough to provide customer service, than a store that can't figure out that debit cards are for folks who don't...
