Area 01 Community Center — Local services in Seattle

The first time I came with my friends we were told to put our names on the waitlist. After an hour passed which was the regulated time if there was a waitlist, we came back just to find that our table was taken. We went to ask staff about that and the waitlist, but they just told us the pool tables were student regulated where you have to communicate with students to get tables and that they have no control over who gets tables and when. The second time I came and just disregarded the waitlist because staff said they had no control so my friends and I go communicate with the students at a table just for staff to tell us we had to put our names on the waitlist. The staff said they dont know when people get off but theres a check in check out system. While the facilities and equipment are amazing the staff isn't. It seems that there is not enough training given to the staff members as to how to operate the equipment and how to troubleshoot problems. Not all staff members but some are very rude as well.
