Randy Evans is my go-to guy forever. Friends who've tried him have kept going back too. He's amazing, cuts my hair so it keeps looking good as it grows out. He works with what your hair can do, doesn't try to impose a style that won't work. (And if you don't like something about your cut, please ask him to fix it. He can do that too.)
