Finally made it back and the wifi is super snappy! This spot is now overall excellent. Updating my previous review to 5 stars.

The wifi is often so excruciatingly slow that it’s barely possible to open even a basic web page. AT&T service is almost equally bad here so don’t expect any connection.

I love the vibe and would happily update my review to 4-5 stars if the WiFi were upgraded.

I’ve been here a good number of times over the past 6-12months and every time the WiFi has been bad. Until the WiFi is upgraded, I’ll have to take this place...

I have been getting coffee here over a year now and figure if leave a review. The space is very nice and cozy, staff is always friendly. Im a big fan of coffee that packs a punch and I usually get the cold brew with oatmilk. Its def my favorite cold brew around, and I tend to use Armistice brew as the benchmark when I travel and order it elsewhere. Its pretty consistent.

Furthermore, the pastries are all really good, hibiscus tea rocks and I occasionally treat myself to an Ice Cold Pilsner Urquell off their tap. Cant really complain when I live only a few blocks away. Will have to visit the Roosevelt...

I went today as a complete noob, didn't realize they were card only and then ordered the Turkish Coffee and didn't realize it was served on this beautiful authentic tray. I asked the barista if I could get it to go, since I didn't want to have it inside due to COVID concerns. He was extremely helpful, I felt bad about missing out on that beautiful presentation, but the coffee and the Turkish Delight were mind blowing. I will definitely be back to have it again when things are a bit safer. In the meantime I'll be coming for cappuccinos to-go.

Beautiful place, fantastic customer service. Sorry for...

I needed to kill a little bit of time before meeting up with my partner in Eastlake, and was delighted to find Armistace. I treated myself to a Mocha, and a hot chocolate for my kid. I considered a London Fog as I noticed a selection of brewed teas on the menu, but that day felt like an espresso day, and the barista offered to make me a different drink if I found the chocolate too sweet, which it was not. We found a cozy corner and the seating was comfy enough and I enjoyed a good half hour of chit chat with my kid. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the neighborhood.

I adore this cafe. They have hands down the best chai latte in the city - the perfect balance of sweet and spicy - and yummy pastries and quiche. Great outdoor seating for afternoon sunshine, perfect spot for both dog owners and dog lovers, and the staff is so friendly. The vibe inside is very relaxed with great plants, music, and seating - perfect for getting some work done or meeting up with friends. It is no exaggeration to say that this place has gotten me through grad school!

Been going here since my son was 2 weeks old. He’s almost 17 months now! We love both Eastlake and Roosevelt locations. The aroma of freshly roasted beans, even when walking down the street is just the beginning of the magic of the shop. The owner is diligent and takes great care in roasting her own blends and making sure that each coffee experience is one to be remembered. Such a nice space to gather and enjoy both a delicious cup and pastry!
