The first time I visited the store, the sales associates were lovely and helpful, and I liked my purchases.

On my second visit to the store I was not greeted and the young associates just stood there chatting and laughing. I got nonchalant answers to my questions. E.g. Do you have these in other sizes? Um…I don’t think so.

I found a top but decided not to spend my money there. I went across to Marine Layer and bought an outfit there instead. I might try Faherty again...

Such a great shopping experience. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they helped me find items that made me feel good about myself (after having a baby recently, this is important!).
