I first attended Kim's yoga classes back in 2019, when I had just moved to Seattle. Her classes are grounding, intuitive, and connecting. Kim integrates her knowledge of human anatomy into her sequences, offering an intimate session where one truly learns to listen to their body, connect to it and nourish it. Kim's yoga classes are truly unique-- she offers expertise on modifications and techniques to suit what each body needs. Props are standard which I had to get used to but it chnaged my perspective that they aren't handicaps and helped me with better form. Overall I am glad to call this...
