Definitely found my new smoke shop tonight! Went in looking for a torch and received amazing help picking one out! Also couldn’t figure out which coil I needed and the guy working tonight was so sweet helping me and didn’t make me feel like I was being bothersome in any way (which I was worried I was since I didn’t know what I needed) then I was shown the juice section where they had an amazing selection and my favorite brand that’s usually hard to find. They have really great products, amazing selection for all products, and on top of that the energy was so great. Very happy with my experience and excited to go back! I've been a customer here for about a year and a half; the staff are cool and the customer service has been pretty good. But recently I bought a baton here that didn't charge at all. When I asked for a refund/exchange a day later, they completely refused. When I asked why, the employee kept talking about how little profit they made on each baton and how it would hurt the business too much.

Other stores in the area have been eager to exchange broken products for me, but it's sad that The Spot seems to care more about their sales than their customer's...

Was excited i had found a honest cheap kratom vendor. Fat chance. Dude tells me the product i want is 20$ (a very good price for this product, good enough i wouldn't shop Anywhere else) i walk out happy ready to grab dinner, only to find that instead of charging me 20$ he charged 27+ 🤔😠 I'm homeless and use these products in leu of fentanyl and this shady guy just guaranteed i won't eat hot food tonight. What a scumbag, I'd rather pay double then give a slime bag my money. I'll be charging this back...
