I took Kat's Prep Your Push class when I was pregnant with my second baby. With my first, I pushed for nearly 90 minutes. With my second, I pushed for maybe 30 minutes and felt in total control. My midwife commented on how strong of pushes I was able to generate which was extra helpful as my little one had their umbilical cord wrapped around it's neck and was a little more difficult to get out. Read moreI have been taking Kat's online general fitness classes since the COVID shutdown began, and I love how she explains every movement - what you should be thinking about, how this bit connects to that bit, etc. She knows SO MUCH about the body and makes an effort to help her students both understand and have fun with their workouts - my favorite parts of class are when she gives you a task to complete that gets your brain working along with your core. I took her prenatal movement classes and the Prep Your Push workshop and found both to be extremely helpful. The workouts are varied and just right level of challenging, and Kat is excellent about offering individualized corrections and encouragement.
