A-Pizza Mart Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Seattle

I have been going to the U-district Pizza Mart for almost 10 years. Unfortunately, I had a very bad customer service experience yesterday. It was Sunday. The bartender was very rude to me and my fiance. He ignored us when we just had a question or two about the menu, he turned his back to us and that's how he took part of the order. When I asked him about the pizza menu, he commented on how it wasn't up to him to help me decide, and his tone was condescending and simply rude. I'm writing this because I had never seen this bartender before. The one that is always there is always friendly, nice and helpful. This other bartender had such rude manners, and just ignored us at times. He never smiled, even though we weren't asking for much. I started to wonder if he had any prejudices given the manner in which he looked at us. I will be calling your business. I therefore wouldn't recommend this place anymore to customers. An employee was very rude, yelled at me and expected me to clean someone else’s table.

I went in with a group of friends but there was only one unused table. The table was still covered in dishes and they told us to bus the table if we wanted to use it. I tried using a dirty pizza tray to clear the dishes but the glasses I had stacked slipped off and broke so I asked an employee for a broom to help clean up.

As I was cleaning the mess a friend joked that I was put to work now so I joked that maybe if I sweep the whole place I could earn a drink. An employee overheard and yelled at me using inappropriate language thinking I was serious. My friend even felt the need to step in and defend that I was saying it sarcastically.

I swept the glass into a pile and stood in line with my friends. The employee then returned with a mop and directed me to get back to cleaning.

We called to order a pizza for delivery and we're told that it would arrive within 30 minutes. I called an hour later to find out where our pizza was and was told that it was on its way and that it would be there shortly. After waiting for two hours I called again and asked if we could get refunded for waiting over two hours, they told me no and inferred that I was lying about how long the delivery was taking. The pizza arrived two hours late and it was burned. After asking to speak to a manager we were put on with several different employees who were incredibly rude about the order but they refused to give any information about a manager. It had been two days since I've been attempting to contact the manager and keep getting told that he/she isn't available and hanging up or avoiding calls.
