Fantastic Kung Fu school that is welcoming to all! My daughter and I have been training with Sifu David Leong for just under 5 years. We started as complete novices and now feel like kung fu is a central part of our lives. Sifu Leong and all the Sihing/Sijei work hard to create an environment that is more than just a workout space. For us, Northwest Kung Fu is our extended family. We have learned foundational aspects of Hung Gar Kung Fu as well as Lion Dancing. I've seen my daughter grow from a shy early teen to a strong young adult with confidence. Great Kung Fu school for adults and kids! Lessons are Tuesdays and Thursday evenings and Saturday morning. My kids have been attending for a year now and we like the sense of community within the school.

We like that Sifu David and the rest of the senior teachers are very encouraging to the kids. There is a strong sense of positive reinforcement and acknowledgement when the kids practice, which really motivates them to try harder.
