It pains me to write this review because I genuinely had such a great rapport with the owner, but I was incredibly disappointed with my makeup and hair on my wedding day last week. Lauren was an hour late, which threw off our timeline and made the day feel rushed and chaotic. Despite showing photos from my trial makeup session and previously sharing the hair inspiration I wanted, I was very disappointed with the final result.

My eyebrows were a little un-even with one of them being more arched than the other, my eyelashes were came off (though she did make an effort to come back to the venue and fix them very quickly which was so thoughtful!), and the hair just unfortunately looked flat when I really wanted soft waves. On the day of the wedding some of my friends and family let me know that the hair just was not right which is hurtful but I know they were telling me the truth. I received preview photos from the photographer a couple of days ago, and I am heartbroken about the way I looked on one of the most important days of my life. It's hard to bring myself to share any photos except for the ones where my face and hair aren't the focal points.

I do want to mention that her associate, Rebecca, was amazing, and my mother was extremely happy with her hair and makeup that day, so I know Lauren has some very talented people working with her! However, it is very disappointing for me to look back on this day and not look the way I envisioned..

Overall, while there were some positives, my personal experience was unfortunately not what I had hoped for...
