I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect double-breasted suit for my wedding in August, and I’m so glad I found Suitsupply in Downtown Seattle.

Chris, the store manager, helped me find the perfect suit and gave great advice on pairing it with a shirt and bow tie. I came in with my parents and he made us feel welcome from the start, even offering us all coffee and sparkling water which was a kind gesture. My dad had also been searching for a suit on his own time, and he unexpectedly found one at Suitsupply that same day! Chris helped my dad coordinate a matching double-breasted style, and we were able to order both suits at the same time - huge relief for us, considering all the other wedding to-do's we were juggling. The suits take just three weeks to arrive back to the store, giving us plenty of time for the alterations that their team will also handle for us.

I had a mixed experience here. When I went to place an order for my tuxedo, the service was really good and Samuel was really attentive and helpful, and I'm glad to say the tuxedo came out great. However, my pickup experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I won't name names but the guy whom I had an appointment with that day didn't seem very tuned into the situation. I wasn't able to properly try my tuxedo, and I didn't really feel a lot of helpfulness or the hospitality vibe. My guess is that perhaps selling stuff is somewhat incentivized so you should try to make an appointment with the same person you placed an order with, and picking up items isn't really incentivized; or perhaps I just ran into an unmotivated staff that day. I had to undo the pockets and other production stitching by myself at home. The tux looks great, just would have been solid if the pickup experience was as smooth and fun as ordering.
