My partner and I flew out to Seattle from Columbus, Ohio specifically because of their rings and their reputation for custom work. We worked with Evette I. and from the start she made us feel welcome and listened to each of our likes and dislikes without any judgement or bias. She knew exactly when to step in to tell us what would and wouldn't work based on how we wanted to customize our rings without feeling like she was trying to make a fast sell. Evette made us feel confident we would create our dream ring and it was clear she wanted to be as helpful as possible. She patiently and thoughtfully walked us around the entire store, picking out 5-6 different rings that had a feature we wanted to include in our perfect ring, and then sat down and outlined a plan for how it would be executed before we left. She even made time to get to know us personally, asking us really thoughtful questions and engaging genuinely with our lives.

The communication was stellar even after we flew back home. I was incredibly impressed with the online portal they set up where they upload images of the rings you are using for reference, the CAD images of the ring you are planning to put into production, and where the entire team can view, post and respond to messages. Never did I feel in the dark about what was happening throughout the process, both in the ring design and also in terms of payment/pricing. There were also multiple times where Evette made time to talk to me over the phone to make sure that our conversations through the portal were clear. I honestly just wanted to call Evette even when we didn't have any business to discuss just to talk because she was just so personable and a joy!

Finally, the process of receiving the ring when it was finished was also incredibly fast and secure. The entire team eliminated any doubts about something happening to the rings. They packaged the rings with immense care, expedited the shipping, and clearly communicated how to receive them in the mail. We also already had a diamond we wanted to use for the engagement ring and they made the process of shipping it out to them feel so secure when they were ready for that step in the production stage.

My partner and I had a truly wonderful experience at Joseph Jewelry. From the very beginning, it was very clear that we would work with Joseph Jewelry. I had called a few other jewelers at the beginning of our search, to get a better sense of what to expect, but none of them gave very clear answers and/or asked us about our needs and questions. When I called Joseph Jewelry, the first person I spoke to (Star) immediately gave me information about what I should be looking for and what questions I would want to prepare before seriously figuring out what ring I wanted. At this point, I wasn't even a client, but Star emailed me information and had no hesitation to do so. After, I called the store to ask a few questions, and Tony spoke on the phone with me for a full hour. Again, I was not a client at this point, but Tony dedicated 1-hour of his time to walk me through everything. I was pretty sold at this point, but when I went in-person, I immediately knew we were going to work with Joseph Jewelry.

Based on my previous conversation with Tony, the team had already sourced diamonds for us to look at, along with ring settings. We ended up having an appointment with Star, and she was great! We ended up making a custom ring with Joseph Jewelry and the process was incredibly straightforward. They sent us a 3-d print before finalizing our ring as well. We received our ring just a few days ago, and it's so beautiful. I truly couldn't imagine a more beautiful ring for me. The quality of the design and execution is impeccable. My partner and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we've already decided to go back for our wedding bands. I started my journey with Joseph Jewelers back when I started my 2nd Masters program. This program meant a lot to me and I wanted to get something like no one else had. I worked very closely with Erich and Bobby and they helped me design the perfect and most unique ring. I had a few bumps in the road but it never failed that one or both of these guys were there cheering me on. I have never met either of them but they grew to become like my family. This ring and the professionalism and expertise in jewelry making has led me to have them design a unique ring for the love of my life. They didn't disappoint me with the design. I'm looking forward to this next journey and being able to give my girlfriend a one of a kind ring. They took into consideration my budget for my ring and the next. If you're looking for a one of a kind ring and a family oriented experience Joseph Jewelers is the place where you'll find both. I highly recommend this business to anyone with any budget. 01/04/2021 This an update to my post. If I could give this company the entire galaxy filled with stars I would. The ring they designed my girlfriend was not only an original but it was perfect. I gave it to her as a surprise in the mountains on Christmas morning. The staff at Joseph Jewelry has always gone above and beyond what they say they will do and they will never disappoint you. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with this second ring and how even though Christmas is over my girlfriend can't stop talking about how beautiful it is. Great...
