Sadly, I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Suzette Miranda at my consultation. Based on her positive reviews, I went to discuss a breast lift + implants for a larger size. She rushed the consultation and didn’t explain anything about the implants that would be used or the type of lift she would perform. I showed her pictures of what I wanted (about two cup sizes larger), and she quickly said she wouldn’t put more than a 300cc implant. At this point, she hasn’t even taken any measurements.

I previously had a consultation with another surgeon that recommended the 400cc range. In an effort to better understand the conflicting information, I brought that up. Dr. Miranda quickly snapped back defensively and said “Well if you want to go with him, then go with him.. it doesn’t bother me”. After that, a box of implants of various sizes were brought in and I was left the the room alone to put them in a sports bra. During my other two consultations with surgeons outside of Swedish, they were involved with the sizing process.

I also had a different consultation after my appointment with Dr. Miranda and that surgeon also recommended the 400cc range. Clearly, Dr. Miranda’s quick assessment was the outlier and I didn’t feel like she was thorough enough.

In the end, I took my $20k to another surgeon (outside of Swedish) that was able to thoroughly explain that he would perform an anchor lift. He also thoroughly explained that due to the lift, he would be limited on the implant size he could insert, but he would do his best to give me the look I wanted to achieve. He gave me 385cc and 440cc implants since one breast was larger than the other. I’m now fully healed and they look fabulous and well proportioned for my body. The 300cc that Dr. Miranda advised would have been much too small/narrow for the width of my breast pocket.

Maybe Dr. Miranda was having a rough day.. or maybe she is just better skilled with performing breast reductions and breast reconstruction. However, her rude attitude was extremely off putting and her lack of communication was a waste of my time and $135 for the consultation fee.

I completed a survey explaining my dissatisfaction, and called Swedish customer care to request a refund. They explained that they would forward the information to another team and if I didn’t hear back within 30 days, to call back to check on the status. I did as instructed, but when I called back, they said I would need to call customer relations since it had been more than 30 days. I called and left a voicemail two months ago, and never received...

I went here and had 2 consults with Dr.Miles, then surgery. Absolutely amazing end results. I'm trans and I was treated incredibly well and was never made to feel like I didn't belong or like I was being treated different from cis women. My end results are AMAZING and I'm so happy. I was super scared of bad results because I've seen so many trans women with breast augs that did not go that well, or had very obvious issues. But Dr.Miles and her assistant did amazingly well. We focused on the most important thing being a natural look. The question of cupsize never came up. We tested many different implant sizes until a one size stood out as the best. But we didn't set it in stone. Instead Dr.Miles used multiple implants to test they look on the operating table before choosing a final size and implanting them. She went with 400cc HP, and it was a perfect choice. The end result looks fantastic. I feel so happy. People say I have amazing looking breasts now! I was treated incredibly well as a trans person and my end results make me very happy. Dr.Miles even pulled some strings with the Hospital so I could say in the Hospital for 24 hours afterwards since the person who said they'd help me after the surgery suddenly refused. I was going to have to cancel the surgery. Dr.Miles got me a hospital bed scheduled and everything went forward. They even accepted my Apple Health insurance for everything. I had an absolutely mortifying experience with this office. Mid May I requested records and photos from my consult to me emailed to me. They said they were “not able to upload the photos to my chart” (the secured system). I thought this was crazy but defeated, I told them to mail them to (inserted address). I didn’t receive them and mid June reached back out asking when they had been mailed. She said they were mailed the week prior. All this communication was done via the secured portal. I asked her to confirm the address and date sent. They then called me to confirm they were sent. I asked her what address and she gave me my old address - NOT the one I provided!!! I was floored! These were naked pictures of me sent to my old address via regular mail because they “couldn’t send via the secured portal”. At first she was indignant then read through our messages and realized she had really messed up. She said she would mail them to me again via regular mail. I told her NO! I don’t want those pics of me sent through the mail again. She said, “well let me ask my manager if I can send them through the secured system and call you back”. SURE ENOUGH, they can do that (AND SHOULD!). So I received the photos in the system and upon looking at them, was devastated knowing the creepy guy living at my old address received these naked photos of me over a month ago. This is absolutely unacceptable and I feel very violated! On top of that, the dr treated me with zero respect as a patient while in her room. I would NEVER recommend this clinic.
