My real name is Rain Z. The first time I met with Dr. Portuese was 10 years ago to have something taken care of and it turned out great. Everyone in the office was kind, professional and impeccable.

Fast forward 10 years to 2024. I had something bothering me and I wanted a doctor to have a look at it, but now I live in Wyoming. I contacted doctors who were closer to me in Wyoming, Montana and Idaho, all of them were extremely good.

But not great. So we drove to Seattle to get this done right. I can't say enough wonderful things about his team. From start to finish, I was so nervous, but everyone was so patient and took the time to explain everything to me.

I did a zoom call with Dr. Portuese, even though he's a very busy man he wasn't rushed at all and he's a pretty awesome human!

My experience with Dr. Shvidler and the entire staff at Seattle Facial was excellent. I was referred to their office by the doctor who performed my Mohs procedure because he was concerned I might have trouble breathing through my left nostril afterwards. He suggested I go talk to Seattle Facial, so I walked in that same day unannounced and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Melissa, Angela, and Maddy were super friendly, and they set me up with a quick consultation with Dr. Portuese on the spot followed by a zoom call with Dr. Shvidler that afternoon. We discussed the Mohs repair as well as a septoplasty to fix my (very) deviated septum, and Dr. Shvidler performed both procedures the day after my Mohs. The entire experience, from consultation to scheduling to the day of surgery to post-op followups, was outstanding, and both procedures were a total success. Dr. Joseph Shvidler and the entire staff was fantastic before, during, and after my procedure. I'd had a Moh's procedure done on my nose at a different surgery center and that doctor sent me to Dr. Shvidler to piece it back together the next day. The first email and call to Seattle Facial made me feel as comfortable about it as I could given how scared I was. When I arrived the next morning, everyone was extremely friendly, warm, and understanding. Dr. Shvidler explained things and engaged me on how he would go about the procedure and what to expect afterwards. He was very down to earth and kind. I am truly grateful for being in such good hands in all aspects. The Center itself is calm and welcoming - allowing me to relax as much as possible given the situation.
