NICOLE and team were AMAZING! GO HERE! Best shopping experience of our lives to date. Friendly, honest, real, truthful, aware of her products, understood style, helpful, collaborative, NICOLE should be working at the top retail stores in the world, and we didnt catch her team mates name, our bad, but he was AWESOME also! I hope store manager and local retail office recognize a STAR team when they see them! LOVE IT, and I'm definitely making it a priority to shop here again! Also was super gracious in handling our needs PLUS the rambunctious behaviour of our two kidos while providing this excellent service outlined above!!! 5 stars...

Everyone is friendly and helpful here. Tommy Bahama is a Seattle based company marketing the island life. They do it well. Clothing is comfortable/casual and the fabrics used are excellent -cottons, silks, linen; woven and jersey knits. They carry swimwear, footwear, sunglasses, watched, jewelry, barware, everything with a view towards giving you the feeling that you're on vacation in some tropical paradise. I had a horrible experience shopping from an outlet store at tommy Bahamas. I purchased 2 items.. I changed my mind about one of the items because it was too big. Literally after 10 minutes of my purchase I walked back inside the store and asked for a refund than associate named chad refuse to do an refund. He was also rude to me.
