CANCEL CLASSPASS BOOKING - SAVE YOUR TIME & GAS I booked a reservation with Jennifer through ClassPass and followed all her instructions: sent my COVID vax card in the morning, and arrived at the location 10 minutes before time, with a mask. I never received a response through my texts or calls (which go direct to voicemail and ask you to text them). Another patron allowed me into the building and Jennifer's business had an "in-session" tag on their door. Highly unprofessional and flippant attitude for customers' time and money. They are double-booking if you are a ClassPass customer and will not even inform you that they can't serve you. I will probably get my ClassPass credits back through customer care but my time and gas is wasted and my body is still in pain. Terrible experience, avoid if you use ClassPass.

Update: after reading the negative reviews, it’s apparent this business does not like those who schedule on ClassPass. Every negative review comes from there.

Also, in response to the reply - yes, you did rip the phone out of my hands. You didn’t ask for it back, you just ripped it out of my hands.

Asking questions is not arguing, it’s for clarification. As a business, you should kindly respond to me, not dramatically tell me you aren’t going to serve me because you don’t want to answer. Awful experience. Do not come here. I got there 5 min before appointment because of parking (plan ahead) and she reprimanded me multiple times so I’m already annoyed to start. This is a massage session - why would you start it off negatively? Also, I’m an adult and do not need to be talked to as such. She said that my massage would be shorter since I wasn’t there 10 minutes early.

After filling out her forms she asked me to watch a 7 minute video about the lymphatic drainage process. I’ve received LD massage many times from many different places and so I asked since I’ve gotten this before, is this necessary? I am not there to learn about my lymph system, I’m there for the SERVICE. She then rips the phone out of my hand and said if I’m not going to follow her rules then I she won’t give me the service. She said I was arguing because I was asking why I needed to watch this video. I said I’m asking a question, not arguing. Why would you require people to watch this? Send them an email in advance if you’re going to request this so we can watch at home or sometime before. Terrible. Do not go here.

If you’re going to make people watch a 7 minute video on YouTube prior to serving them, then account for that in the...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Washington State Wellness Center in Seattle for a therapeutic massage, and it was an incredible experience. Here are some things that really stood out to me:

Flexible Scheduling: Jennifer made the whole booking process a breeze. She was super accommodating and worked with my schedule to find a convenient time. It was refreshing to have such flexibility.

Great Prices: The prices here are very competitive. For the quality of service you receive, it’s definitely worth every penny. You’re getting excellent value without breaking the bank.

Thoughtful Touches: The massage itself was fantastic. Jennifer’s attention to detail, like the use of warm towels, really added to the overall relaxation. These little extras made the experience feel so much more comforting.

Friendly Staff: Jennifer is not only a skilled therapist but also a genuinely good person. She truly cares about her clients' well-being and goes the extra mile to ensure you have a great experience. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me quite welcome.

If you’re looking for a top-notch massage, I highly recommend checking out the Washington State Wellness Center. You won’t be...

I've been going to Washington State Wellness Center for deep tissue massages for about four years, so this review is long past due! Jennifer is incredible, and has without a doubt given the best deep tissue massages I've ever had (and I've had many). Her massages are a magical mix of therapeutic and relaxing, with many spa-like touches throughout. She allows you to customize the experience, offering various lengths, massage styles, a choice in aromatherapy scent, and an array of add-ons such as sugar scrub and my personal favorite, the cold stone facial massage. She is a great communicator and truly cares about your needs, and pays close attention, using the massage techniques that will be most beneficial. Every time I walk out feeling relaxed with considerably less pain and stiffness, but also like I treated myself...
