Zeeks Pizza — Restaurant in Seattle

Awful delivery and quality. Paid $35 for a medium pizza - half cheese half mushroom and sausage. First, that price is ridiculous. The toppings were scarce, there was barely any cheese or sauce. It was delivered to the wrong address (seamless fault). With a small Caesar salad it was $50 before all the silly app fees. Who in there right mind would find that to be a reasonable price?? When I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, he said “since I ordered through the app, there was nothing he could do, but he would let the kitchen know I was unhappy with the pizza.” Nothing you could do? Or nothing you were willing to do? How about, what’s your email address and I will send you a gift certificate so we can hopefully make up for your disappointment on this order?? Simple, doesn’t cost them anything, let’s be honest, the price to make and push out that order was maybe $5 - and you charged $50.

Sorry Zeeks - fail. Dead to me. You should fire your manager.

Update: I was in QA today, and thought I’d give them another shot. Walked in at 3pm just for a beer. I sat at the bar for 8 mins with no one acknowledged that I had walked in until I got up, went to the front and someone in the kitchen saw me. What seemed like the only person working looked at me and said be right there. Another three minutes goes by and still nothing. I got up and walked out. Now, this place is absolutely dead to...

The food here is great. Highly recommend the Dragon pizza and garlic parmesan wings, however for the price, the wait staff is unfortunately lacking. Several parties were asked to seat themselves when we dined close to 6PM, and while that added to the chill, easy-going atmosphere, it didn't feel welcoming at all. Many parties who selected their own tables did not get service, and had to go to the bar to ask for a waiter because they seated themselves in an area the staff wasn't frequenting. In the past we have ordered drinks that weren't delivered during our dining experience, but still showed up on the bill, and sometimes, despite being told that someone will be "right back," have gone without service for long periods of time (this especially happens when it's time to pay). Last time we didn't even get water or utensils without asking; definitely make sure you tell the staff exactly what you want for the table.

Overall, the food is worth trying, but the service left us...

I gave them another chance recently. It’s just too expensive for what you get, my dudes. One large pizza delivered is going to cost almost $50, add breadsticks, you are looking at potentially cracking $100 for a pizza and breadsticks. The pizza better be REALLY good at that point and it just isn’t. It’s ridiculously over priced. Also, their sauces they charge extra for are basically just tomato paste (red sauce) and Hidden Valley ranch. I was supposed to get blue cheese sauce as well, but ended up getting a pretty foul Parmesan salad dressing instead which was confusing and inedible (like it could’ve been bad or something).
