Nice park. There are places to hide in the shade from the summer sun. There are a couple places 1/2 way up, that are more private for families to hang out. The view from the top of the park is very nice. There is also a grass field below and above to enjoy the park. I would have given it 5 stars, but the reason I didn't is there are no public restrooms. (Maybe the city will put a porta potty for summer time) but spring, winter and fall 🍁, there are no restrooms. This park is more a small local park, Surrounded by houses. (Could be the reason for no restrooms) But I would return. Great park and a awesome view for it's size and area...
Read moreA quaint little park on the top of Queen Anne with stunning views of Seattle. The park sits in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood. The sweeping views include east over Lake Union, south to downtown, and southwest to the Seattle City Center. There is a fabulous view of the Space Needle. There is a little path surrounded by trees, bushes, and flowers (in the spring and summer) that descends into another neighborhood below. I've never encountered more than 1-3 people at a time while visiting. It's a great little park to grab your coffee and read a book on the bench while having the city view in...

Of course, now, in the days of homeless, no one would want to sit down on the grass. Anyway, used to be a cool spot. Great place for views many tourists miss, although Highland Drive is still technically better. I don't remember it always having this name. Someone is messing with us at the city. That's Seattle, pay someone six figures per annum to make up fun little bs, meanwhile, ignore...
