UPDATE: The employees here will usually work really hard to make sure your smoothie is just what you were wanting.

My problem lies in that they apparently have to add syrup or juice to their smoothies to make them taste better. And I have to avoid both of those things. So now to me, their smoothies are boring and we can't figure out a way for me to enjoy them because most of their other options to add also have ingredients on my "avoid" list.

Still recommend for all you other folks out there. But peeps with rare tummy conditions - be careful. They usually add the syrup for flavoring with out telling you. As my readers likely know by now, I have stomach problems from time to time. Sometimes it gets so bad that I literally can not eat /anything/. Except a smoothie. When these times hit - water hurts, gatorade hurts, juice hurts, food hurts. I can't eat or drink. So..... this place is a real life saver!I love this place because anything that saves my tummy, while tasting great AND filling me up just brings me tears of happiness. ;w; I've yet to try any of their other smoothies yet - I always just get a Mango Berry with added Bee Sure so I can get the nutritional content I've been missing for a while. The staff are always super friendly and I've even been to other locations where the Mango Berry isn't on their menu - but they went ahead and made it for me anyways. I love this place...

Wasted 15 minutes attempting a partial refund for receiving the incorrect size of my purchased smoothie. Attached is a size comparison of a water bottle (16.9 oz) and the smoothie I received. Anyone with a pair of eyes can see this is not 32oz. Doordash refused my refund, and after contacting them again its now escalated. They informed me, during this process they'll contact both my dasher and the store to confirm the error.

I loved Emerald City Smoothie before this, however, I will never purchase another smoothie from them again. Don't order on Doordash unless you want to risk receiving...

I ordered from doordash and my smoothie had NO TASTE. NONE. I was drinking a water smoothie. I drank what I could because I didn’t wanna waste my $. I called the store a couple of hours later and spoke to the assistant manager. I was expecting him to make it right: make me a new smoothie. All he did was apologize and tell me a new hire made my drink. What a joke. I’ve ordered doordash from them multiple times but my PB&J today was so disappointing!
