This CVS - specifically the pharmacy section - at 101 Plaza Dr in Secaucus is one of THEE BEST pharmacies I’ve been to in my 13+ years of dealing with serious medical issues & other things that cause the need for mandatory monthly medications. Just about every pharmacy employee is top notch and as friendly and as professional as it gets.
Now… going back a couple months ago, unfortunately I did have one bad issue w/a pharmacist named Olo or Ojo [spelling unsure], and it got to the point that the district pharmacy manager, Kunal Patel had to even give me his personal # to get involved.
(That’s when you know the situation is bad when a district mgr gives you his personal cell), but Kunal or Krunal [again spelling unsure] was as professional and as helpful as a district manager could be and rectified the situation extremely professionally and was so helpful and nice to me, considering it got to the point that Olo/Ojo had me in the corner of the store in tears at one point the way she was treating me as if I was some criminal trying to get away with something, and not understanding my situation..
But now, with that one negative thing out of the way, BACK to the POSITIVES. This CVS Pharmacy is truly TOP NOTCH. Almost all of the staff is fantastic. I need to also give 2 extra special shoutouts to 2 pharmacists who are probably among the best pharmacists I have ever come across. And that says a LOT coming from someone like me who deals with receiving mandatory monthly medication (because neurosurgeons actually refuse to operate on me because they are concerned about making my back condition even worse than it already is and that meds are my only hope I have for the rest of my life they say)… So for me especially, having good, patient, understanding and knowledgeable pharmacies and pharmacists are SO important.
That said, Adriana and Maryann are two of the BEST pharmacists working at this CVS.
DO NOT EVER LET THESE WOMEN GET AWAY.
Truly the best of the best in the medical field and the dispensing of medication. Adriana ALWAYS has a smile on her face when I see her on her days. I don’t think the woman ever frowns, and she is so smart. And Maryann has always been there for me on her days as well to give me important knowledge and assistance with any issues I may have.
I’m wrapping up this long review here in just saying again that this CVS in Secaucus is probably your best pharmacy in the entire north Jersey area — and again, this is coming from someone who has serious medical conditions and must be on monthly medications — so I KNOW who and what I am...

Read moreToday was the third time I have gone to CVS Secaucus to pick up a prescription and the one woman said they didn't get it. Every time I have to fill a prescription there I get stressed. The first time I went 2 hours after I left the doctors office and when I went to get my pills I was told there was nothing there. While I had the doctors office on the phone they suddenly found it and claimed we just got it! My dentist called in a prescription on 7/18/23 and had to leave a message because no one answered the phone. It was after 6 pm so I waited until the next day (7/19/23) and went at 9 am and again they said they had nothing. When I called the dentist they said they left a message both last night and this morning. After a 5 min search they found it. This is unacceptable and very...
