I have been going here for many years but I am disappointed with how rude the manager is. I had UV gel nails placed for my birthday for the first time, days later MULTIPLE nails came off and I went back immediately, She was kind enough to fix them the first time. However, 2 days later the same thing happened and I let her know that UV nails are not sitting well in my nails and i would like GEL nails instead, along with my money back for the UV nails which were 50$ MORE expensive. I was finally given store credit (gift card, no money back), but she refused to fix my remaining chipped nails for an additional price.
The client who was with the manager was willing to wait a mere 5-10 min for her to fix them for me (for an additional price), but instead she created a scene, was rude about how I should've called to make yet another appointment to fix my nails and how she does NOT HAVE time (5 minutes) for this. The manager does not respect other people's time, and would've had me come in again to fix by appointment rather than just take out 5 min of her time when I walked in. Coming in by appointment every 2-3 days is not easy for anyone with a job, yet this manager has no regard for her clients' time.
DO NOT GO HERE, there are much better nail salons in town...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEden Nails has been my go to nail salon for a few years now, but after Covid I was very nervous about being in that type of establishment. I went in yesterday, June 30, for a gel manicure and pedicure and I was extremely impressed with the steps they took to ensure everyone safety. Upon entering they took my temperature, I used hand sanitizer, and I signed a waiver indicating I have not come in contact with anyone or displayed symptoms of COVID-19. Then, each pedicure chair with spaced out to every other chair available for pedicures with a vinyl barrier between each chair. The tools they used were sanitized and most were disposable. Then, I got a gel manicure with Sarah. There was a plexi glass wall between us with a cut out for my hands to slide under. Everything was clean. The staff were all wearing masks and gloves. The patrons were all wearing masks. Everyone was respectful of space and distance and everything was cleaned by the staff while I was there.Iām very very happy with what I saw and I highly recommend anyone, especially those taking extreme precautions to remain healthy, to check out Eden Nails. But make sure you make an appointment first, because walk-ins are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually do not leave reviews, BUT THIS PLACE! Had an appointment at this place yesterday, to get manicure, everything was ok. The lady, probably the owner is the one who took care of me, very good at multi-tasking!!! Long story short, I heard her tell a lady who was about to leave, that her daughter had paid for her service! but did not leave a tip! so SHE HAS TO PAY THE TIP! I thought that was weird, but I shrugged it off. The lady left a $2 tip, and you could tell how she felt through her eyes, but anyway she thanked the lady and sounded grateful. my turn to pay after my service, and she told me my total was $43 which I had no problem with. I paid her with cash of $60, only for her to let me know that, my nails are $33 and $10 tip as she proceeded to hand over my change of $17 to me. I do not have a problem with Tipping, nor the Tip amount! But you do not tell me how much TO TIP YOU! YOU DO NOT IMPOSE AN AMOUNT ON ME! I WILL NEVER RETURN. AND I DEFINATELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS...
