I loved this weed store. I spend about $200-400 biweekly here, but I gotta go back to Sparket. I appreciate my budtenders - I used to be one and I know it’s not always the easiest job. I always tip too. The bus tenders here have always been super friendly - and one of the reasons I came back. Now they’re the reason I won’t. I came in on Black Friday with a rather large order - and picked up. When the guy brought me my change, he brought me two $5s instead of a $10. I get it - the reason is because they want a higher tip than a few bucks. But for a pickup where I don’t get any assistance whatsoever with my order? I’ll give. $2-3 tip max - as they didn’t do anything to perform any service warranting higher. I said “shoot! You didn’t give me any $1s) - so I took the money and rooted around for two dollar bills in my purse. The budtender grabbed them and walked off, visibly unhappy. I went to my mother’s house and noticed she had made an order as well. She is 70 years old - she had made an order under $30, and had the same situation happen - so she asked if she could get some $1s for a tip — they SAID THEY HAD NO $1s!!! That’s a lie - I was JUST AT THAT STORE. I don’t appreciate budtenders trying to get themselves an extra $1-2 off the elderly. I’ll go back to Sparket. I don’t care if it costs a buck more...

Now that Cannabis is finally legal in Washington State there are hundreds of "pot shops" to choose from. Obviously location has a lot to do with the store one chooses. However, I can honestly say, out of the 10 or 20 shops I've been in, Floyd's is definitely one of the best. The people working at Floyd's are genuinely helpful and very kind. Every time I've gone in looking for something specific, someone working there always manages to help me find it. Another great feature of Floyd's is their discount program. Just sign in when you arrive, and you'll get a discount, usually up around 20%! That's nothing to shake a stick at. Overall, their prices are fantastic anyway, but tack on that discount and you can buy more than you thought (up to one ounce per visit of course). They've got everything from inexpensive shake, to some of the best, skunkiest Indicas out there. They carry several Indica/Sativa hybrids and straight Sativas. They also carry a full line of concentrates, although I recommend purchasing cannabis and making your own concentrates, you'll get better overall quality. The budtender was very distracted our entire interaction. He tried to get me to buy something completely different than what I asked for by name. When I went to pull cash out of the atm I asked him to tell me my total so I could withdraw the correct amount. Instead he spoke to a different customer and then a coworker. He didn't ring me up until after I withdrew the money. Since the product's prices were not labeled and he hadn't told me my total, I withdrew the wrong amount and had to get more cash out of the atm. When the transaction was finally complete I went to leave and had forgotten my receipt. He did not ask me if I wanted my receipt (I did not) and instead shouted the name on my ID which was actually my deadname. While I understand there was no way he could have known it was not my preferred name this really soured my experience.
