I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received during my recent visit to this store. As a loyal customer who spends approximately $700 plus every couple of months, I expect to receive proper treatment and be offered available deals. However, the cashier failed to provide me with the necessary in-store deals and information on in stpre deal as i got something thst was get 3 and het the 3rd free so i would have gotten one more box and a free one..She needs to do better and attentive not rude amd condescending.....Well then she laughed at me when I mentioned that I could obtain a 35 percent discount by shopping online.And get way better deals...She also failed to offer me a coupon that was available behind the counter, which would have provided a modest discount.As well as in store deals and deals i should have received....The cashier's behavior was not only disappointing but also unprofessional. Due to this experience, I will no longer be spending over $700 plus every couple months for my 4 different animals 3 different kimdsbas well more deals lost from this cashier in this store as the laughs at me for even shopping in this store, and I will be seeking alternative retailers, such as Chewy online, that can provide me with better deals and improved customer service. I am also disappointed in the quality of the bird food sold at the store, which I later discovered to be subpar.I usually have a great experience but unfortunately this person was unable to help me but I should get the same experience with everyone that works in this store. It is unfortunate as I liked coming to this store and bringing my boys. But I will have to go with convenience over shopping in store and being laughed at for doing so and being made to look stupid in front of other customers doing so. As well I get a ton of stuff and a customer had to ask if I needed help as this cashier was less then subpar. I greatly said no thank you, as it was not her job right in front of this cashier, and she still did nothing to help or even ask if I needed help. Well I just made a couple trips in and out from the store to not inconvenience the kind other customernwith her kids that asked to help me..Well I am worth more and so if my hard earned money so fairwell petsmart...I would like to add it was the bird seed from Pennington Select black oil sunflower seeds that was not up to standard..As well I would like to add the cashier was just lazy without providing proper help and poor customer service..I had 2, 33 pound bags of dog food and a 35 pound bag of dog food ..I had 2 14 pound bags of Macaw big bites food .. I had a big bag of cat food ..as well as 2, 35 pound things of cat litter along with a bunch other stuff ...She stood there watching a customer ask me if I needed help as I obviously did trying to figureout how i was going to manage my way oit with it all and i have a bad back as well as im a 100 pounds ...As well I had both my boys with me aka my dogs...She did and said nothing but watch the kimd customerask me if she could help me and of I need help...I told her kindly not her job and to have a great amd blessed Christmas and insaid thsnknyou fpr her kindnoffer she was not much bigger then me amd had her own kid and things to tent to...The cashier didn't do anything but laugh at me for shopping in store and not online and not even give me the money off and deals that she should have..Well don't I feel stupid for shopping in store and not online saving and having the convenience of having it shipped to my door and not dealing with rude condescending people...that have no clue of any products in the store they...
Read moreThe training here is not worth it!! I shouldn't had spend money here. i signed up for a 6 week class and was going every Saturday morning At 10am with a Stephanie.Then i missed lador day which fell on that 3rd class..which she did make up for me and my German Shepherd Delta..we got there on a Thursday 5:25 5 minutes before we should start til i was trying to flag her down while she was in a private session with a lady and her dog. Then after standing outside of a clear window door for 10 mins (5:36)she says that she's about to finish up in a bit to walk around the store with Delta, now about this time it's already in our session..so i thought okay i guess I start my session right when I'm inside then it should start counting down.. Well, anyway.. she finally came by (5:43) to get us in to the little studio area to begin training while she told me how sorry she was. Then said that she book me a private session with her instead so that way Delta doesn't have to miss out since her class already did their 3rd class.. So i thought that was really nice of her to do this knowing that this is a very important class to not miss out. It was the only reason why I started considering training here.. it's the "leave it". While the session was finally happening i've noticed how Delta was having a hard time understanding. When i saw a line of puppys and thier owners for her next class.. Which she noticed only because the young man was knocking on the door.. I should have done that😓...then looked at her watch(6:00) then said "ALREADY" out loud. Making me realize that it was only 15 minutes max that she spend on Delta. Which i felt if i paid for a regular 6 classes which consist of 30-45 mins each to the best of my knowledge.. Why wasn't i told this over the phone in the time of rescheduling.. I won't had accepted a private class that only takes 15 minutes instead of gaining a 30 minute to 45 minute class which i signed up for.. I could have done it in a later time in the week. But all of this felt like she was just trying to fit as much as she possibly can for her own benefit instead of looking for what's best for our dogs learning in the right matter and time. So then we were rushed out, as if she's trying to keep everything perfectly timed for the next class.. I thought it ended with that problem well, I happen to miss the 4th class as well.. coming from a busy family with 3 boys managing them and thier needs we're all bond to come up in something..thinking that i could always reschedule but this time i wanted to see if they had nights in the weekend instead of morning.. Which i was told before i started these classes, I would have an option to change whichever fits my schedule just to ask my trainer. Never got a call back for a reschedule for weeks.. I gived up then my boyfriend tried calling yesterday about it and was also told they'll be calling him back later because all the trainers we're busy. Well never got that call back either we decided to just go over there instead to deal with the situation in person that way we could just continue or services at another Pet Smart.. They said the only thing they can only do is say sorry then give us money back for our 3 days which as only 59.50 .. I paid $124. 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 and now I'm waiting for them to call me back to redo the 3rd class with Stephanie Which i discussed my previous...
Read moreIf I could rate negative stars I would!! I took my dog in to be groomed they told me 3-4 hrs. Ok....I am not unreasonable and I know how they operate I had been here before. So at the 3.5 hr mark I called to see how much longer, so I could head up to pick her up right when done. I was told initially by the RUDEST person she will be done in 1.5 hrs. I immediatelly asked what had been done so far and why it would be so much longer. This would have made 5 hrs. She was very rude and said she did not know why... that it was simply what she was told by the groomer.At this point I asked for manager, after holding for several minutes, a man got on phone and told me 1 hr more. Gave me an excuse of drying taking longer than normal. I told them forget it!! I was on my way. 5 minutes later I got a call back this time saying she would be done in 20 min. (So now they can give a full cut to a large dog in 20 min) I was overly mad at this point. Told them not to touch my dog and I went straight to pick her up. This man was very sarcastic, trying to tell me they were within their time limit. I wish I had his name to report to the coorporate office. Rudest person I have dealt with in years. So condescending I could bearly tolerate it, and I have tolerance for ignorant people.
When she walked in our door 10 minutes after picking her up she drank more than 40 oz of water. She never drinks that much at once. So I really believe they placed her in that cage without water as well as neglecting to do what they were hired to do.
I will never give a good word about this groomer. It is sad that such horrible people are caring for other peoples furr children here. They are pet terrorists as far as I am concerned. Do yourself a favor. Look around there are plenty of groomers who care about our pets. And the prices are even better considering...
