Disappointed in last visit this past weekend. Lied to by a sales associate. I thought I saw a sign with the kids graphics t-shirts on sale. One associate at the checkout said they were buy one get one 50% off. So the associate helping with one transaction we were making gave a discount but on a separate transaction, that associate said the discount was applied but when I got the receipt, there was no discount applied! I can’t believe she lied about the discount, especially after we specifically discussed the discount. Also, many of the items we purchased were much cheaper if we had ordered and did pick up as opposed to going to store. We needed to check sizing so we choose to go to store. Swimsuits were full price ($19+) in store instead of $12.50 online. I asked a sales associate about the pricing and they were oblivious. So I assumed the sale had ended, which was wrong! I am tempted to repurchase online, but I used gift cards for some of the transactions and it would be too much trouble. Shirts were cheaper online, swimsuits were cheaper. Why is it so inconsistent? This was the MOST disappointing visit to Old Navy! I would like Old Navy to...
Read moreCustomer representatives on the floor are exceptional. Cashiers are a hit-and-miss regarding knowledge of discounts and returns. Within the last few weeks, I've made five trips and had different experiences. I haven't shopped at an OLD NAVY in 5 years, lol. During my recent visits, I had a bad experience with some cashiers at this location. I won't bore you with the details due to the inconsistency in combining discounts.
My last trip, Ms Larken, was amazing 👏 she went above and beyond to help me sort out the mess created by another cashier on my refunds (returns). Ms Larken was patient, understanding, and supportive. She listened, acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, and was able to fix the incorrect refunds. It's rare to find genuine souls in customer service nowadays.
Kudos to Ms Larken, and Thank you for all you do! You make it worth stopping by this location in the future. Keep up the great work, and see you...
Read moreI went to exchange some shoes that I had bought that same day and the girl at the front entrance had directed me to the cashier. I waited in line for the cashier to tell me to go get what I wanted to exchange, to then wait in line yet again. The shoes I originally bought were not available in the size I needed, so I had to choose another shoe which was in the very same hanging section. So my third time waiting in line, I get to another cashier and she exchanged them but the shoes that I had purchased originally were on clearance, yet the shoes next to them were not. So I had to pay the difference. Number one, the exchange and return system is really inefficient. Number two, they need to specify what is on clearance and what is not. I didn't appreciate waiting in the line three times when it didn't need to happen. We all know the lines can get ridiculous, and for only needing to exchange something, it was really...
