The manager TINA is incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. Every time I order through Grub Hub an item is missing. I called her this time to ask that the packaging person ensure all items were there. As there’s nothing worse than ordering delivery only to have to drive back to the store! She told me to text the driver! And that the driver would ensure all items are in the bag. Now tell me what delivery driver can open your bag??? This woman is one item short of a two item combo! She then proceeded to tell me it’s the carriers job to make sure it’s packed and all items were there. After I told her it’s not she cancelled the order because she believes she’s the Panda Express God. I called their corporate office spoke with a lead and gave them all her info. Even threecalled grub hub who confirmed the order was cancelled at the request of the restaurant. It’s now my life’s mission to see that she’s demoted! Management requires leadership skills and resolution not petty bettys with control issues. I’m a respectful customer and spend my money weekly here for this lady to treat me like trash because she can’t manage a restaurant.

The Panda Express at The Forum is always a solid choice! The restaurant is consistently clean, and the employees are kind, friendly, and quick to serve. I’ve never had to wait long, even during the lunch rush. The food is always delicious—everyone has their go-to Panda Express dish, and mine is definitely the orange chicken with chow mein. It hits the spot every time! I also have to give a shoutout to their unsweet tea—it has this subtle fruity aftertaste that makes it super refreshing, especially on a warm day. It’s a great place for a solo lunch when you want something quick and tasty, or for picking up a big family order to take home for the kids. Convenient, dependable, and delicious—can’t go wrong with this spot!

Fresh, Fast, and Surprisingly Healthy! This Panda Express location is my go-to spot for a quick, healthy bite when at the forum, especially the Super Greens, which are always fresh and flavorful. The food here consistently tastes great, and even when something runs low, the staff is quick to make a fresh batch, so nothing sits around too long. Service is fast and efficient, and the place is always clean. From the tabletops to the bathrooms, you can tell the team takes pride in keeping things tidy and welcoming. If you're looking for healthier fast food that doesn’t sacrifice taste or convenience, this Panda Express definitely hits the mark!

This place is absolutely insane, and so is the manager that goes by the name Alicia. I have been banned by the store because of the simple fact that according to her I am difficult and rude because I asked to have my Chow mein packed separately because of the simple fact that there is a pregnant wife that does not like the taste of the cabbage whatsoever. Because of this reason I was told to never come back, I've been coming here for over 4 years I called and I spoke with one of the employees that I've always dealt with and I asked her if I was ever rude to her or difficult her exact words and I actually have them recorded because I record all of my incoming and outgoing calls, was that sometimes I have come in and not been in the best of moods but I have never been rude or mean to her. I have no idea what crawled up this manager, but to ban me from the store because I asked my food be packed a certain way to have absolutely insane. I've used this location exclusively, way before this individual ever even came to the store. I'm really surprised that I was treated this way and I'm disgusted. I was not rude I was not mean, this is the food industry and if I want every single thing packed into a certain little box that I have that right... I'm going to call corporate tomorrow but this is nuts... Go to FM-3009... She sold me the combo meals come with this side all packed in with the other food and it's not their job to separate it.... This is the food industry, people ask for their food to be packaged differently constantly but apparently its difficult and merits being banned from the store lol this manager has lost her absolute mind... I asked to get the number for a district or regional manager, and instead she gave me the corporates number that I guess deals with guest relations, I can't wait to...

This location is really bad. They “close” at 9:30pm. I walked in at 8:45pm and wanted to order two bowls and some egg rolls. There were two employees that were leaving for the night standing in front of me. For 5 minutes I watched the guy serving pile an insane amount of entree food into 6 large containers for them to take home. The containers could not even be closed. They had 5 total entrees remaining in the serving trays when I walked in and by the time he was done the there was only orange chicken left. The employees took their food and left. Then I was told they were out everything except orange chicken and crab rangoons. There was 10 people behind me in line with 40 minutes until closing. I did ask if I mistakenly read they are open until 9:30pm and some rude teenager tells me the kitchen closes at 9pm. Again, it was 8:45pm so I don’t understand why they couldn’t make more! They had 5 employees standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing and one poor kid cleaning & closing the dining room. Does the owner of this franchise know that a bunch of kids are closing almost an hour early every night and giving away the food & turning away paying customers? If you’re going to close your establishment at 9 PM, then close at 9 PM and serve food until right up to closing like every other place does. I could have understood being out of food but not the way some snotty brat declared it to a line full of customers 45 minutes before closing time. By the reviews on here, this is an ongoing issue at this location. To the owner- if you care about your establishment you need to reevaluate your employee choices or retrain them to have...

I have been going to Panda Express for over 10 years in many different areas and the Selma TX #0605 store was a night mare place to go! When I walked in to place my order I noticed there were 3 other people waiting for their order to be ready. I ordered two bigger plates which included chow mein, kung pao chicken and teriyaki chicken, but they told me I had to wait 8 minutes for the chow mein. I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes for the chow mein instead of 8 minutes. I noticed they didn't put any of the other entrees in my containers. By the time the chow mein was ready they had already served all of the kung pao chicken to other customers who had come in after me and told me that I had to wait for the kung pao chicken for another 8 minutes. I asked why they hadn't put kung pao in my containers while I was waiting instead of serving to other customers who came in after me! The manager's answer to me was a simple sorry...no other explanation. At this point I was in there for over 30 minutes waiting! I wasn't the only customer who was upset. They had to give a refund to one other customer who was waiting due to the unorganized staff...it wasn't busy at the time and there was 6 staff members working including the manager. The manager has no idea how to run this restaurant! I will not go back to this place for a long time!!! They really need a lot of training conducted with their staff...and especially...
