T.J. Maxx — Local services in Selma

I joined my mom for some shopping. She definitely found a few things she needed and I found a few things that I thought had funny names or looked interesting. The line was quite long but the store was very busy and the cashiers seemed to be on top of the rush. I noticed a seasoned employee helping into the front area. Helping answer questions and coach in areas where she could. The cashier also went ahead and asked about enrollment for the TJ Maxx credit card. So as far as company direction goes I'm sure they would be proud that even in a busy store and a rush of people she didn't get overwhelmed enough to sacrifice company direction for a faster transaction time. It happens at times. I mean I would want to get people in and out smoothly to avoid disruptions but then forget the little things that make for a good personal experience. Shoppers beware!!! Employee working register two weeks ago told managers they had contracted coronavirus and was told they must work their shifts or face repercussions. This Information was hidden from staff by management and retaliation is being threatened against staff members that are aware of the attempted cover up. More than one employee got infected since and customers could possibly be infected as the area the sick employee was in wasnt cleaned or disinfected during the shifts when they had corona and was interacting directly with employees and handling products and money at the register. Now staff is currently afraid of coming forward because of management hiding this information and total disregard for the safety and health of both the customers and staff members. I Have to Give these People One Star, Sorry but they are So Unorganized!. First, Let me just say that Every TJ MAXX has a Crappy System when it comes to These Crazed Rae Dunn People! I like Her Mugs & I wish i could just go & Buy one without almost being Knocked down when the Doors Open!. I mean Geez People!. Also, The Manager should Put a Limit on how much a Person can Purchase!. Ya know its not a Crazy idea!. HEB does it with Bottled water when Necessary.....I mean its Just Ridiculous!! You allow one Person to fill up their Cart when you know other " Normal People" would actually like to Purchase a Few Rae Dunn items at a " Regular Price" ....... Its Just Weird that Yall Cant come up with a better plan. It Reminds me of a Track Meet! Once the doors open, OFF THEY GO RUNNING!!. LMAO!....
