Talbots — Local services in Seminole

I have shopped at Talbots for 25 years. I had never been to the Seminole, FL location. Going in to look for a pair of shorts. I knew exactly what I wanted. Sales person "Kim" said she would look in back for the size I was asking for. She came back with a larger size in petite (I'm too tall for petite). She heavily encouraged that I try them on, saying they were the same fit as the side I was looking for! This has never happened to be before, anywhere. I did try a pair on my size, not the color I was looking for, and just left after. Way to go Kim, trying to convince a customer to try on a larger size. I found exactly what I wanted at the Palm Harbor store with the same customer service I am accustomed...

I just had the best shopping experience at Talbots in seminole. Did not find what I was looking for but came away with some great finds. Thank you Kim you were just super and very delightful to work with. Loved her ideas and she was instrumental in getting me perfect sizes for my body style. Wonderful person to work with and great advice on the petite sizes. Exceptional insight and really did appreciate everything she presented. Nice & clean store and fairly good deals. I know this is usually a mid-priced store so I was expecting a little better service. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help.
