Brooklyn Pizza Company — Restaurant in Seminole

Mind boggling worst experience. I came in to order pizza for my significant other. I asked for two slices of pepperoni pizza, unfortunately they only had one available. I saw a slice cheese on their warmer, I asked if that was available; it was, so I ordered the one slice of pepperoni that they had and a plain cheese. The young man taking my order said that the special they had going on included a free drink if I wanted it. I said yes to a sweet tea. He rang in my order, took my payment and walked around the restaurant to grab my drink. Poured me a sweet tea with NO gloves on and proceeded to open a straw and stick it in my drink, again NO GLOVES! Not once throughout this entire encounter did he have gloves on or wash his hands. But to open a straw for someone else and stick it in their drink?!

When he came back around the counter one of the cooks making the pizzas said that they couldn’t make my order. That they didn’t have the pizza slices at all. They continued talking but I could no longer hear what they were saying. Once my food was ready a worker went to hand it to me but said that they just made me a small pizza instead. I opened it and it was a plain cheese pizza. Half the cheese melted and half not. They cheese was also sliding off the pizza as well. How is that possible?!? Taken out to soon? Cut too soon? I’m not sure but I told the worker what I had originally ordered and what I was getting instead. He then offered to put some pepperoni on the pizza. When I get it back the pepperoni is only on half the pizza!!! I wanted two slices of pepperoni pizza to begin with, was willing to settle for one pepperoni and one cheese. And I only get pepperoni on half?! I go to drop it off at my significant others job, not telling him everything I had experienced in the restaurant, and he texted me after eating it saying that it was tasteless. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our rehearsal dinner than Brooklyn Pizza Company. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the inviting space, which set the perfect tone for our celebration. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, allowing our family to arrive early to decorate and personalize the space.

One of the highlights of our experience was the flexibility they showed with our menu preferences. They were incredibly open to our ideas and worked with us to create the perfect menu that suited our tastes and preferences perfectly. It was such a relief to have that level of flexibility and support during the planning process.

However, what truly made our evening unforgettable was the exceptional service we received from our server. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. His dedication and hustle did not go unnoticed, and he played a significant role in making our event a success.

Edit 8/20: I wanted to come in with an update because I cannot express how great this place is!! We've visited it frequently and the food has been constantly exquisite, the staff is all so great and friendly and nice, and the atmosphere feels always homey and welcoming. I am begging you, do yourself a favour and try this place out!

One of the few places I wish I could give 10 stars or more The food was delicious - the garlic knots were impeccable, the onion rings were full of flavour and you could take bites out of them without them falling apart, the pizzas are beyond delicious and the fries are addicting. Service was incredible - our waitress (I forgot to check for her name, my bad!) was brilliant, our drinks wouldn't even get to being half empty, she brought out the food quickly (props to her and the kitchen staff!) and she made sure everything was running smooth even though she had a bunch of other tables. The prices are realistic - I think a 14" pizza that can fill up two people is around $20ish dollars. I only paid $60 for meals for 3 people and appetizers for 5, which is more than fair for the high quality food they serve. All in all, impeccable can barely begin to describe...
