I'm a true foodie with a very sensitive palate.
I was blown away by flavors and clean ingredients. Most importantly they do Not use MSG. The chef is definitely talented, even though it's a chain, as owner explained to me, they are in full control of the menu and their ingredients. My recommendation is #11 noodle salad with vegetarian egg rolls: You'll get a perfectly balanced sauce with it (chef's creation by the way) and crispy egg rolls. Egg rolls are very crispy and delicious. Now, spring rolls is a totally different story here! The ingredients are so fresh, I ordered mine without pork and the chef is very accommodating! The peanut sauce is also made in the house so fresh and delicious! I just could not believe this little gem is only 5 min away from me. I'd say it's the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine in this area. Clean, Fresh, No MSG, perfectly balanced flavors! P.S. they also serve Boba tea and again, they are very accommodating: dairy free, sugar free, whatever you need they will make it happen in best way possible. Also my review is on only what I have tried that day, I cannot say anything about Pho, so I will update you guys as soon as I'll...
Read moreI don’t think I’ve left a review in my life but I feel like I had to leave one for this place. Ordered my food around 1 o’clock in the afternoon during busy season should’ve known better when I was the only customer in the store, no one at the counter. Girl comes out takes my order takes a few minutes for my PHO to come. I ordered the vegetarian ….just a bowl stuffed to the brim with broccoli, cauliflower and mushy carrots. I had to dig to the bottom just to find the noodles. Eventually just picked out all the veggies…Girl goes in the back, doesn’t come out. I have to ring the bell to get my sauce typically hot sauce and hoisin sauce. But for some reason she said they just ran of a hot sauce five minutes ago. So whatever, that’s fine. I sat alone in the restaurant for 30 minutes. No other customers, never saw the girl again. She went in the back and never came out. Just a very weird vibe like it’s almost like it’s you know it’s going to close. Which isn’t a bad thing…. Better Pho in other places. I will never be back...
Read moreI don't even know where to begin. I was reading the reviews and I can see a lot of y'all do not know anything about good pho. Im from Houston where there is a very large community of Vietnamese and your pho has to be spot on or you will get ripped by the community and go out of business quick. The broth had no flavor what so ever and the meat didn't taste right. Man the price was really of a bowl was really high for the amount I got. Who in the hell serves pho in a cardboard bowl? Man I'm just gonna stop here. I'm done you make our people look bad with the horrible pho you serve. To people who do not know what real Pho should taste like I guess its good. FYI my 3 kids even said the pho was nasty my and didn't finish their food. Sad when my 4 year old said it was yucky! Oh yea almost forgot what in the hell were those things you called egg rolls. They were freaking nasty and where was the fish sauce, lettuce to wrap and dip...
