I represent a church here in Sequim, I am tasked by the church to handle repairs and maintenance of the church. I received a bid to remove are old entry way carpet at four entrance areas and install new carpet i received approval by are board to proceed with the bid from Strait Floors. At the time of bid I received a selection book and texted selection to office. A week later I received a message that the selection I made would cost about 10% so to get things going I decided to cover the additional cost personally. Three weeks passed after giving a 70% deposit and I continued to call for a install date. I received the date and a start time of 8-9 am we made a announcement the Church would be closed on install date at 1 pm I called no show they advised they would still be able to complete the job if I could have some stay late I found the person to stay late the installer came at 2pm and said he did not have the correct glue and would have to order we are going on week four no call no install nothing. We wouldn't even consider going to another company! Over a 20+ month period we've gone back to them again and again. They've installed our new carpeting throughout our home; then replaced our old kitchen and bathroom vinyl floors--then our laundry room floor (that was a very hard job because they had to fit the floor around a metal spiral staircase). He was prompt to his appt to measure the window and show samples of several colors in a lovely pattern. A few weeks later, I was able to get the promo discount while the quote was still good. It was shipped to the store when expected and he installed it quickly. Not long after, he ordered an alternate pull because it was too tall to reach up when in the open position.
