Manager went above and beyond for me Christmas Eve and I really appreciate how she handled a situation where she didn't do anything wrong it's the online ordering for most places. If a place is closed I don't think it should complete an order for someone and if it does and then store closes between time of order made and customers reasonable time of arrival at store they should be required to have the order ready. To order food and then drive to town to pick it up to find a store closed is very frustrating and sometimes can make a person go without dinner. I am very happy and pleased with how she did offer to make my milkshake. I guess I was lucky that was all I ordered cuz rest of kitchen was shut down.
