Absolutely love this place! Super welcoming atmosphere, and extremely knowledgeable staff willing to help with whatever you need. There are tons of size options available in really cute patterns, colors, and styles, even for an I cup girly like me. Prices are also EXTREMELY reasonable! I was thrilled the first time I went in expecting to pay a minimum of $150 for a bra (most I could find in other stores or online in my size started at 150) and only paid $80 AFTER tax. Went back in for my second time today to purchase 2 more. I had never had a bra that fit me properly so after purchasing my first from them I was able to learn what I liked about the style and what I disliked. Abby helped me and was fantastic! Super attentive, listened to any of my criticisms of the last bra, and knew exactly what to recommend. She totally nailed the style right of the bat. She told me about the differences between the bra I bought previously and the 2 I ended up buying today, and how it might be a better for what I wanted. When I felt something was off with the fit of the cup size and described where the underwire was touching on the side of my breast she brought me up two cup sizes and nailed that immediately as well! (We initially started with my previous cup size but I had gone up) Honestly if it weren't for the wonderful employees here I'd probably still be trying to cram myself into a 40DDD from Walmart. I have struggled with finding a good fit for my body for years and years. Specialty websites, lots of trial and error, and hundreds of dollars later, I gave up trying to find something that would work for me and have been wearing bras that don't fit well for years. I was sharing my struggle with a friend, just under a year ago, and she told me I should take a look here. She is a much more accessible fit so I thanked her for the lead but had too much anxiety from so many past rejections that I didn't go, until today. My old faithful tore last night and so I no longer had the choice to wait. Kelly was the one to help fit me and immediately made me feel so welcome and safe. I entered with the mindset that it was a long shot to find anything remotely near what I needed; perhaps I could walk out with something unsupportive but at least lined so I could go a few more years without a good fit. Kelly took all of my anxieties and threw them in the bin. I walked out feeling really good about myself and the bra she helped me decide on, fits like a dream. I am normally a size US 34K but I left in a Brianna US 36J. If you too are a fuller woman and at the end of your rope, they have you covered all the way into O cups, they are priced very reasonably, and they truly know their stuff. Northwest Bras is a treasure. The amount of knowledge contained within the ladies who work here is priceless and critical to the happiness of bra-wearers everywhere. Every time I go bra shopping I mentally prepare myself for an exhausting, uncomfortable, and unpleasant experience. But it's NEVER like that here. They make bra shopping so painless, so easy, and downright fun. As a larger size I've never had access to cute, fun, or festive underthings. In the large chain stores it's all function all the time. Northwest Bras has both, more, and options you never knew existed. They go so far out of their way to serve their customers. I've never seen someone hussle so hard, and maintain such an impeccable level of customer service. People come from all over the state to visit this shop, and rightly so.
