Ive been a loyal customer here for years, never had a problem, always kept up the maintenance, would only take it maybe 2 time within a year to keep up oil changes and fluid top up, unless if was minor repair issues that needed to be fixed, not sure what happened differently at this shop but the year 2020 was the year they were exposed, i started to notice that everytime my car was in the shop for something minor, not even a month later something else went wrong, i would take it back to the shop and have it fixed, they always diagnosed it and i would have them fix whatever was the results of the diagnostic test pulled up, once again not even a full month or 2 later another big issue, i have a habit of recording phone calls so i started recording them, ive had odd conversation with the older lady at the front desk and its almost as if she was giving me hints because she was surprised that i kept bringing the car back to get fixed so she stopped charging me for diagnostic testing. last straw, i had gotten my brakes fixed, 2 weeks after that my car stopped, but the lights and sounds were still working, id gotten it towed there, same day i got a phone call saying it was the starter, i gave them the okay to do the work, i didnt receive a phone call after that, i called them the next day talk to a guy who kinda stuttered on the phone and was told that the starter didnt work, that they found out it was the engine and he immediately quoted me between $3000 and $4000 , i refused the work and they asked me if i want them to take the starter out, i said yes, the car stayed there for a few days until i was able to get a tow back to my house, they called me and offered me $70 to sign my title over to them, after i'd gotten a good amount of work done with them weeks prior. when the car came back the lights werent even working anymore, the window was and still is down, i filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently going back and forth with them, they are lying saying they told me i should invest in the car anymore, when i stated that i had recorded phone calls, they now are saying they have no understanding of my complaint.
Do not trust them, they are huge liars and they will mess up your car just so you will come back and spend more money, they took advantage of me as a woman and got more than what they bargained for, i am very alert and ready to take this to court unless they resolve...
Read moreDO NOT GO THERE!!! I bought the gruopon deal and called them, took the appointment, whole nine yards. As schedule I got there and dropped off my car around 11 AM and I was told that they would call me once the car is ready. Till 4pm I did not get any call, so I thought they might have forgot or something so I decided to go in and when I got there my car was in same position as I left, they didn't even touch my car till I went back there after 5 hrs. I talked to guy behind the counter, he said it will take 1 more hour. When I told him I was here at 11,he goes let me check again. He came back with the same wait time again, I had no choice except wait. I sat in waiting area, around 6 PM (which is there closing time) I asked again same thing, 1 more hour. Mean while other people in the waiting area started DRINKING in the waiting area. My family was with me, I told my family to leave I will get the car and will join them for dinner. Around 7.30PM, I told him that I am not going to wait anymore, I want my car back, it was already 4+ hours I was waiting. The owner started arguing and yelling then the technician showed up in the waiting area and he went one step further then his employer and threatened me to stop working on my car. There is more to it, but I think its enough info for others to make decision whether to go there or not. After all this shenanigans last week it stopped working, I went to other place to fix it. I called groupon to complain but that lame ass company gave me 50 goupon $ to use for future purchase.

Read moreI went in to Lewis Electronics to have a port installed so I could play music from my iPhone through the stereo. I live about 30-40 minutes away so it's not just around the corner for me. The first time I went in, my appointment was at 9 am. By noon, they still had not begun work on my car. They finally called around 2:30 pm to let me know the job was finished, I picked up my car to find they had installed the wrong piece of equipment. I was told the issue could be fixed but it would have to be the following day because they had no available technicians. So I went back the next day and was told that the piece they needed to install had to be ordered and wouldn't be in until next week. So I drove a half an hour for them to tell me to come back next week. At first I thought about canceling the project all together, but agreed to set up another appointment after being reassured there would be no more problems.
I came back the next week, hopeful that the issue would finally be resolved. My appointment was at 10 am and after waiting three hours (was told it would take an hour and a half), they told me something was wrong with the piece they ordered and they had to order another one but it wouldn't be in until the following day. At this point I was so frustrated and annoyed that I'd wasted so much time going up there that I said forget it, I would like a refund.
