Very poor service!! went into this store spoke to manager who claimed to get an item into the store weeks ago and never did. No way to speak with a human at the warehouse. called customer service at the store and was treated like I was insane for choosing to speak tothe warehouse. called on a weekend and was told no manager available--spoke to a shift lead after hold for nearly 10 minutes gave the brand for a panty hosery I wanted ( West Loop) with reinforced toe, placed back on hold ended up with store worker who told me the items I wanted was not available --told worker to put the shift lead back on the phone and was placed on hold -- shift lead never came back -- I was hung up on.    Read moreThis store is the closest to my house so I usually try and just opt out to go here just for convenience. Well, it turns out nothing is ever convenient about this store. Itâs very slow pace the workers CLEARLY donât want to be there. No greetings ever, you can never find anyone working on the floor or even at the registers. I donât think they are unstaffed they just simply do not care. I always see people on the floor with Walgreens shirts on trying to look like they are as busy as possible restocking to the point where they will ignore you. Very laughable. Donât get me started on the pharmacy. People who donât have much experience shouldnât be by themselves working in the pharmacy or any pharmacy for that matter.
