Absolutely awful! Ordered on line plus size vintage wash jeans style 45388347 - very nice, fit perfect. When I washed them, they came out of a brand new washing machine with "several " pulls in them ( all in different places ). So TWICE I filled an inquiry on line explaining what happened, NO RESPONSE! Since I didn't get an answer, I decided to send a letter (May 22, 2023) to customer service in Charlotte NC explaining the above. STILL no response! Is this anyway to...

I love Cato and their beautiful selection of clothing however i I have found their customer service to be very rude. I've had clothing snatched out my hands when asking to try on clothes!
