Subway — Restaurant in Shallotte

My son had placed an online order,so I went to pick it up,as I went in,I never once got a welcome to subway So there was a couple at the counter ordering and there was a lady sitting in a Booth,so I sat down in a booth next to her Then a gentleman came out of the office I guess and she told him he had a online order,I said it was probably my son's, because his name wasn't on the one on the rack,so as I'm sitting there she gets up and whispers something in the lady customer ear,then goes to the office door and says something to the gentleman working there At this point he is staring me down as if I was a piece of trash She then says she's going to the car which obviously was in the back parking lot I'm actually furious about this situation,ok so I looked dirty ,I'd been doing yard work But for them to stare me down is right...

NEGATIVE stars if it allowed. Totally disrespected an elderly man! Acted like they didn't see or hear him. They, both lazy rude employees, hid in a room off to the side. They finally came out when I said, "HELLO!" One came to me, the other one walked past the gentleman as he was still trying to get his question answered. I went over to see what he needed. Poor thing, the only thing he wanted to know was if the bun she made his sandwich on had flies in it. Apparently she used rye bread that he didn't ask for. They screwed my order up too and didn't have the supplies to complete all items that were ordered. She didn't refund my card correctly either. I haven't been back. It's been awhile. Maybe they're better now. This was the one by Home...

Where do I begin? So open entering this store one employee was outside playing with ducks or whatever they were. She opened the door for us and we said thank you and got no response. Then we start ordering. A different employee seemed to be new ... while ordering the one playing with the feathered things outside did not was her hands and was sticking cups and lids by the drink counter .... so our subs were done toasting and as we were telling this pool young girl what we wanted on them they had hardly anything ready. She went as far as the cooler behind her looking for items but no further so needless to say we didn't get what we wanted on our subs. The bread wasn't even fresh. Would not recommend this...
