I am very disappointed with my experience with PetSuites and we will not be back. I should start by saying that my pet has never been boarded at a place like this. We typically take him to our vet. I dropped my pet off on a Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon I called to check on my pet to see how he was doing I called during business hours. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. I called again an hour late and still no one answered. the 4th was a holiday and they were closed which is understandable. So first thing Friday morning I called again and left another voicemail. at this point I was very worried about my pet. I kept calling until finally someone answered. The women on the phone put me on hold for over 10minutes, when she came back she informed me that my pet had not been eating. my pet is an elderly dog and I had asked then on Wednesday when I dropped him off to call if there was any issues and that I could have a family friend come pick him up. some might not think its a problem that there pet hasn't eaten in 3 days but it a big problem to me. when my family friend went to pick him up around 7 they told him that there computers were off and they could not find him in their system and that he would need to come back in the morning. I called the next morning and again no one answered. I left yet another voicemail with no return call... My pet was rescued from PetSuites Saturday with no problem from my family friend they didn't even ask for any information, before handing over my pet. I was supposed to be on vacation enjoying my time but instead I had to stress over my pet not being...

Pet Suites Sharonville! DO NOT trust them. They had a table at an event on the loop in Sharonville giving out coupons for 30 days of play for $99 bucks. I take my dog down there and there testing him out. I get a call that he is in the corner crying? I asked please try again? I was told in a hour or so they would. So I wait a couple hours and I go back. They tell me they did not try again but will right now. I am watching on there camera system. They do not let him past the entrance to the play area. The girl brings him to me and says he is aggressive. I just watched them on camera. The 30 seconds the girl had him on leash at the entrance did not show him to be crying or aggressive.

At American Care they have never reported him being aggressive or crying on the report cards they give.

I believe at Pet Suites Sharonville they just out and out lied to me. I wanted to use there coupon because I had to have surgery and knew there would be Nurses and rehab staff coming in and out of the house for a couple weeks. We took our two dogs here to be boarded for a week while we went to Las Vegas. We were a little nervous since we usually board with our vet, but they were booked up. Upon arrival to drop off the dogs my apprehension was immediately relieved when I saw the clean, professional appearance of the facility and encountered the friendly staff. We were able to drop the dogs off worry free and enjoy our trip! They contacted us when one of our dogs was hesitant to eat and kept us updated on his progress, so you know they are being properly monitored. We very much appreciate everything they did and when we picked up our dogs they were happy and healthy! He added a bath service for our labradoodle to be done on pickup day and she was very well washed, dried and brushed. When you add play sessions and some other optional services this place can be expensive but you are receiving a quality of care for your pet that you probably won’t find at other facilities.
