Worst Tace Bell experiences I have ever had at this location. Use a different restaurant or drive to another location. I have had problems in the past with this location several times before. The most recent issue involved me getting trying to order a nachos party pack to bring into work. The app said they were open, app took my money for the order. I drive to the location and there is a piece of paper taped to their drive through speaker saying they closed at 11pm (4 hours before they were supposed to close). The following week I attempted the same order again. This time before leaving for work making sure they were open and ordering over 20 minutes before the instore pickup. When arriving I was greeted with "how did you get in here?". Apparently they said only the drivethrough was open at 10:55pm but they forgot to lock the doors. After the worker spent about 8 minutes trying to figure out how to lock the door and several more minutes filling other drivethrough orders he approaches me and asks what I would like to order. They never made anything! claimed he never received the app order! Let me sit there for 15+ minutes thinking they were going to hand me my order any moment. I will NEVER order from this...
Read moreTerrible experience this afternoon. Asked for an ETA on my food after 15 minutes of waiting in the dining area and it was no where to be found on the order board. They slapped things together, leaving out 2 items because they didn't bother to confirm my order. They did apologize for the delay but the manager did not take control of my issue and didn't bother to check on the other 4 patrons waiting for orders to ensure their orders were on the board. I spoke to 2 of your patrons, suggesting they check on their orders as well and turns out they had to completely reorder. The manager yelled from the back, sorry for the delay were having computer problems but they continued taking drive thru orders and no team member took any action to find a solution.
The manager needs re-trained in handling her team and in handling a customer complaint.
One of the 4 patrons asked for a refund after most of his 30 minute lunch had expired and a clueless manager had the nerve to talk about his rudeness after he left with his refund.

Told me to move BC of clock an said that I wasn't moving till I got my order wms that they should've done mine quicker seeing as I was without a car and in line outside in the dark and cold.
