Initially, I planned on eating at the India restaurant Hyderabad House, but after waiting for a while by the please wait to be seated sign, I chose to leave, since we were not greeted by staff. So my kid and I walked to the casual Chinese restaurant a few doors down. The food was worth 5 stars here, but sadly the customer service was 1 star. The guy who took our orders was talking and moving very hastily. I wanted to sit down and eat, but he made me feel unwelcome by saying it's busy (gesturing to three tables with people and there were at least an equal number available for seating) and it'll be 25 minutes. I didn't care about the wait though. I observed a Caucasian male customer enter and ask to dine in and the staff kindly stated it was a 20 minute wait and seated him. Meanwhile me and my daughter waited inside for our food. It's all good though no harm done. I listened as the employee spoke of being short staffed and needing people to work, so I get the pressure he was under. My daughter went back inside for plastic ware since none was included to eat our meals, and she told me he was snappy with her about needing an additional fork and spoon as he only provided her with one set when there were two meals ordered that required utensils.😒 Based off of this experience, I can't say if I'll return or not. We are excited about our 2nd location that was announced on social media yesterday, Set to open on January 1, 2022, to service all of our great members. Our goal was to have 2 locations, but after information was released on Social Media yesterday. The Sharonville Plaza Owner (and business affiliates) took it in his own hands to discriminate against Next Level Fitness Sharonville, the Largest State of the Art fitness center Blackowned business. Recently, many members brought to our attention of the foul play of the Owner of Sharonville Plaza against Next Level Fitness Sharonville. The Owner of Sharonville Plaza have unlawfully permitted us from occupying the facility today without any notice, this is pure discrimination. We have not broken any laws nor breach our contract. Rent was Paid!! Do not go to Colerain Fitness Gym or Sharonville Plaza Gym location. Disregard any note on the door. This is a undermining tactic by Sharonville Plaza Owner and business affiliates. Sharonville Plaza is a one-stop destination for all your needs.
