If you are first time customer, Be careful. You may need to report to the aged person at the counter. I was in the town on work from Milwaukee and thought to visit the store. I entered the store and went to see all the items for the prices and the availability. I was at the wheat flour sections and this gentleman from the other end of the store shouts at me saying what you need in broken English? It was insulting for me. I felt like that I am here for shoplifting. Then started talking in Hindi. I asked him what I am looking and gave me the information. When I asked him why did he do to me? His reply was that he never saw me in the store because of that he questioned me. I was surprised and shocked. Been to multiple Indian grocery stores across this country, nobody questioned me like this. Then he started saying sorry. He has to keep in mind that every new customer who visits his store will be new to the city. With this kind of attitude, this store won’t survive long. On top of that, the workers don’t have any respect for the customers. One hits with his shoulder while going on and other keeps sweeping in front of the customer and bring all the dirt and dust. This is ridiculous. They don’t have any respect for the customers. I did mistake by visiting this store. I could have walked few more feet to visit the great Indian store chain from Chicago. I can write a big story on this but...

You do get the indian products which you are looking for but the prices are way too expensive compared to Patel brothers and to add brownie points the attitude of the employees/ owner is too bad towards his customers (passing snarky/rude comments on the customer’s attire who are shopping and when questioned regarding the same, they cover it by saying it was a lame joke) which even more makes the overall experience/purchase not worthy at all.
