Waffle House — Restaurant in Sharonville

This is probably one of the worst waffle houses i have been to. They were not even as busy as the other waffle houses i have been to. They took our order and took 20 minutes (reasonable) to get our food. However, here is the catch, it was only half our order. So, waiting another 15 minutes she brings out the rest and the order is made improperly. They remake it and it DOESNT ARRIVE UNTIL 40 MINUTES LATER and even that had a hair in it (this is not even accounting for the fact that no one came by to ask if we needed anything; we told them to wait for the waffle until later and the lady told me okay i will bring it out to you). We then decided to cancel the waffles, and so she did. The worst was when we went to pay for the meal, we told her about the hair and she goes on to say its not theirs when it came when one of my friends was cutting the omlette. She then takes off that part of the meal and then tells me the total around 44 (which by the way didnt add up to the figures she wrote;the figures added to around 38). So, I told her could you please explain me the bill because the totals are not adding up. She then tells me i have to write another bill because i cant tell what i charged you for and what i didnt. She then writes the new bill and the total comes to 27 dollars because in her words "I am going to charge you that because I cant do math anymore and the rest they will take it out of my paycheck." I told her I dont want to hear that because i didnt want her to pay for the food we ate so please give us the right bill. She then cuts me off hands me the bill asks me to sign it. May never walk into a Waffle House again. Came into an empty but filthy restaurant a little after 2:30am Monday, August 14th. I was a single diner and would have sat at the counter, but every spot was dirty. The two booths to the left of the counter were dirty as well, so I made myself to the restroom as I needed to use the facilities and wash my hands regardless. The bathroom was a thing of nightmares. There was urin on the floor and the toilet lid. Toilet paper with feces on the floor. It appeared as it it had not had any attention in days. I have no idea what had happened this night, but I recognize that there are days that things get out of hand in the service industry... I have been there. I was willing to re-evaluate things once I sat down and got a drink and placed my order, but the older lady with pink hair was very abrupt with we when I left the restroom. The black waitress I had was every bit of AMAZING!!!! the place was fairly clean , and it wasn’t that busy thank goodness. Umm my food was okay , it felt like I waited there FOREVER !!! And I thought I was saving money but I still ended up spending $16 including the tip without a drink , that was a bummer. Waffle House food isn’t that good to pay such a high price like that. Typically I get grits with cheese and normally they put 2 slices in there but this time it was only 1 that was a bummer. The management team was there and they didn’t even greet me or say hi WELCOME... a white lady and man , I guess they thought they were doing me a favor in reality my order contributes to their salaries. All I can say is that my waitress made my visit other than that I would not return and it’s unfortunate because it’s located so close to my home. Oh well I want superior customer service this is...
