At first the experience was great, like the last 3-4 times I’ve been there. Phoebe was wonderful. My friend and I did not have appointments and I was looking for a full set manicure. My friend got a great appointment and nail tech. I ended up getting the owner who only ask about 3 questions and rushed my appointment. I never got the manicure and have nails that are now too long cause she walked away after she painted my nails. I called a little bit ago to get this misunderstanding fixed and the owner ended up talking over me, telling me I was wrong, never let me finish my sentence and was extremely rude. She said I could come back and now pay double for the manicure I should have received 2 days ago. As I was trying to ask a question the owner said that I was wrong, she is never wrong. I asked if I could finish my sentence and she hung up rhe phone call. I will only go to this place once most cause I just got my mom a gift card but after that never again. It’s a shame the owner ruined this cause other than her and this last time I’ve had decent...

I had a fantastic experience at Luxuriant Nail Salon and Spa during my first visit. As soon as I entered, I was struck by the pristine cleanliness and elegant decor, complete with chandeliers and massage chairs. The bubbling water walls enhanced the tranquil ambiance. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon without an appointment, I was promptly greeted and attended to. Naly provided exceptional service, displaying remarkable patience as she meticulously cleaned my cuticles. She went above and beyond by applying three coats of color without my request and was generous with oils and lotions during the hand and foot massages. Additionally, they offer a 5% discount for cash payments, which is a nice bonus. Conveniently located in my neighborhood, Luxuriant Nail Salon and Spa has undoubtedly become my preferred destination...

All nail techs are not equal. Definitely a hit or miss. EDIT: I was told after my nails got messed up that I had to schedule another appointment to have the nail tech I preferred fix them. The day of my appointment my appointment was canceled bc they didn’t feel my previous review was good. They told me they wouldn’t refund me for the nails that were done improperly and wouldn’t complete the service I originally requested. If you want simple I’d give them a try but again all nails techs are not equal. For the price I definitely expected better.
