I didn’t even want to proceed with purchasing anything because everything I was interested in was clearly overpriced! $16 for one breeze pro $28 for 2 of them.they are 2-for $20 $10.60 for one at several places. The kratom ultimate shots are something like $15 dollars a piece at this place.. they are 2-for $20 also at several places. So I reluctantly decided to give this place some business even though I was over paying! And of course I get some incompetent Guy ringing me up I had just clearly talked to him about what I was buying and that I wanted the items I was getting at the price that was on their sign but of course I so happened to pick out a item that was conveniently on the wrong shelf and more expensive then the items that I had just asked and confirmed was a certain price but the incompetent or just straight scam artist rings me up at over $15 dollars more than the price we had JUST discussed! I would be paying! It took a couple minutes after I had paid to catch that he clearly had over charged me! Ohh and on top of overcharging me the products I bought 2 out of the 5 just simply are old and don’t work! My biggest regret of purchasing from here is absolutely NO customer service etiquette at all! Just confusing priced products that don’t even work mixed up on different shelves with several prices and that I had a whole conversation about what I was paying and was charged differently and when their told about the issue they have no sense of customer service and...

Pay attention to how much they charge you! During my first two visits I purchased alot, but still noticed and suspected I was overcharged - It wasn’t until my 3rd and final visit that I made sure I asked the cost of my two items multiple times before checking out. Sure enough, when adding the cost of the items and tax - it didn’t add up to what I was being charged. This time I questioned it. (stupidly after I had payed) The employee ringing me up tried saying it was Tax. After I did the math aloud and said it didn’t add up still, he literally said they using ROUNDING for ease. He even offered up a receipt to show how he got the total - which is pretty much a written admission to stealing. This is not only a joke, it’s criminal. I’m NOT talking about charging $10 for a $9.9X purchase - on one of the occasions I recall it being around $6 (was keeping track of how much I was spending) - but since I purchased alot and most of what I bought was sold by weight, I thought it may have been a honest error & didn’t look into it further. Now they have admitted to ripping me off. I have alot of down time at work this week and will make sure I research which government entity would be responsible for investigating this company and make a report. Yesterday I stopped at Woodstock as I was passing it on my way home, I only go there maybe 2 times out the year. The gentleman working was very nice and had great customer service, honestly he’s probably the only reason I’m giving this review 3 stars and not 1. I appreciated everything the gentleman did, I must be clear that my problem is not with the store or the employees… the problem I have is with the product I was sold. The Tyson round 2 is NOT a good device, it is very bad. The flavor is nothing close to what it was supposed to be, the device is very cheaply made, when using the device there were a few times that I’ve heard the cotton/battery I don’t know which, crackle and pop. Being someone that has used many different vapes and have been vaping for almost 7 years, I cannot recommend anyone to use this product. If you happen to go into Woodstock or any other vape store and they sell this product please do NOT buy it, it is a waste of your money. Again this review has nothing to do with the store or its staff, this review is solely on the specific product that they sell.
