Lindsay and the Mixology staff...where can I even begin. Miss Mixology bartended our wedding back in March and I could never write enough to explain how amazing they were. Brides worry about everything, even if you're trying not to, you do. The day of, the last thing you want to have to worry about is vendors. We were so lucky to have found all the best vendors, Mixology included. There was not one concern, not one issue, Lindsay and staff ensured EVERYTHING went perfect. When you think of bartending service, you think of drinks. Then you speak with Lindsay for a consult prior to your day, and you realize she's basically your older sister helping you with all these little details you didn't know you needed to cover. Lindsay took care of setting up the memorial table, making sure the table settings were done the way I requested, setting up the guest signing area...basically everything that didn't have someone assigned to, Lindsay picked it up. I walked into my venue and was in awe...at my own wedding...and I knew exactly what was planned. But, and I say this with confidence, Lindsay made sure it looked perfect. The bar service was phenomenal, you've seen the drinks she can create. But with Mixology, you're getting so much more than just a bartending service. You're getting the knowledge and experience of a team that has served countless weddings and can make sure everything goes the way you need it to go on your big day. Lindsay and the entire Miss Mixology team were AMAZING to work with! Throughout our wedding planning process, we tried to work with as many people we knew (either from personal relationships or personal recommendations). Miss Mixology was the first vendor that we worked with where we were going in blind. They were on the list of recommended vendors from our venue. Before selecting a bar service, I did my due diligence and reached out to three different companies. After talking with Lindsay, I knew right away that we wanted to work with her. She made me feel like we were more than just another couple and that she truly wanted to work with us, too. After making our choice, we attended another wedding serviced by Miss Mixology, which only reinforced our decision. Lindsay and her entire staff were super professional and easy to communicate with. Before the wedding, Lindsay met with us to help set a menu with some excellent recommendations and helped us to determine the appropriate amount. The liquor supplier she recommended was reasonably priced, easy to work with, and even accepted returns on most un-opened items (which the MM team took care of for us). During the middle of our wedding, we ran low on a few of our alcohol selections and the MM team proactively went out to get more, which we were incredibly grateful for. We had our wedding at the Packard Proving Grounds in Shelby Township on Summer Solstice, the first good weathered weekend of the Summer. We hired Miss Mixology for all bartending and service needs and they went beyond what they were scoped to do. The bartending and waitstaff arrived on time, came prepared and were ready to work. The staff was very professional and friendly to all of my wedding guests. Miss Mixology brought all of the bar utensils, beverage napkins, disposable cups (helps to limit glass wear) garnishes for the drinks, mixers, refreshments, the items for the coffee bar, and more. We were able to bring in our own alcohol and at one point of the night we ran out of vodka being that Vodka-Soda seemed to be the drink of choice and within minutes, Vodka was purchased and continued to be served. Miss Mixology's staff helped fold all of the napkins for the guest tables, stayed after hours to help clean up, pack and put things away. When you're the bride you don't want to think about all of the "Behind the Scenes" things that are going on so it was comforting knowing that Lindsay and her professionally equipped team were well prepared!
